- 光が透過される透明または半透明な合成樹脂製のノブ本体と、
前記ノブ本体の上面に積層される発光表示窓付き遮光金属板と、を備え、
前記遮光金属板は、接着またはインサート射出によって前記ノブ本体の上面に積層され、前記発光表示窓は、前記ノブ本体の上面に前記遮光金属板を積層した後に、レーザ加工またはコンピュータ数値制御(CNC)加工によって前記遮光金属板を部分的に切取加工して形成される発光式調節ノブ。 - 前記ノブ本体に内設される発光素子をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光式調節ノブ。
- 前記発光表示窓を介して露出される前記ノブ本体の上面には光拡散樹脂層が積層されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光式調節ノブ。
- 前記遮光金属板の上面には金属表面加工が行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の発光式調節ノブ。
- 前記遮光金属板の上面に行われる金属表面加工は、メッキ、蒸着、アノダイジング及びヘアライン加工のうちのいずれか一種であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の発光式調節ノブ。
