Claims (12)
- 最低限の圧力を維持しつつ、コモンレールからの排出を行なうための電磁弁であって、電磁コイル(9)を備え、前記電磁コイルの内部に軸受けキャップ(8)および可動プランジャー(5)が配置されており、前記可動プランジャーがボールまたはニードル(4)と係合する可動軸(3)の変位を制御し、前記可動プランジャー(5)が前記軸受けキャップ(8)の内部に収められたばね(6)によって押圧され、前記軸受けキャップの底壁が前記可動プランジャー(5)の外面を取り囲んでおり、前記プランジャー(5)の外面と、前記軸受けキャップ(8)の内壁との間の隙間が燃料の薄膜で満たされており、前記プランジャーが開くように動くことにより、前記プランジャー(5)の上部に位置する空間(10)から、中に前記軸(3)が配置されているボア(2)へ燃料が流れるようになり、制御された厚さのスリーブ(11)が、前記燃料の薄膜の厚さを設定するように前記隙間の中で前記プランジャー(5)の周りに配置され、前記圧力が前記ボールまたは前記ニードル(4)を前記弁の座部と関連させることにより制御される、電磁弁において、前記スリーブ(11)が前記プランジャー(5)の外面に当接するように配置され、前記スリーブ(11)の外面と、前記軸受けキャップ(8)の内壁との間の通路が、前記空間(10)と前記ボア(2)との間に燃料を流すための制限通路を構成する、または前記スリーブ(11)が前記軸受けキャップ(8)の内面に当接するように配置され、前記スリーブ(11)の内面と、前記プランジャー(5)の外壁との間の通路が、前記空間(10)と前記ボア(2)との間に燃料を流すための制限通路を構成することを特徴とする電磁弁。
- 前記プランジャー(5)を通して開けられた導通部(14)が燃料の流れを調整する第2の制限通路を構成する、請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記プランジャー(5)が前記軸受けキャップ(8)の内壁と異なる断面形状を有することで、前記スリーブ(11)の外周の第1の部分が前記軸受けキャップ(8)の内壁または前記プランジャー(5)の外面と滑り接触をして前記軸受けキャップ内で前記プランジャーを案内し、前記スリーブ(11)の外周の第2の部分が前記軸受けキャップ(8)の内壁または前記プランジャー(5)の外面から間隔を空けるように配置されて、前記空間(10)と前記ボア(2)との間の流体連通のための制限通路を作る、請求項1または2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記軸受けキャップ(8)の内壁が円形断面を有し、前記プランジャー(5)の外面が非円形断面を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 追加のドリル孔(15)が、弁本体(1)を通して前記弁の座部空洞部からプランジャー空洞部まで設けられている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記ばね(6)が、前記プランジャー(5)を前記軸(3)の端部に当接させ、前記弁を閉じる位置に前記軸を押圧する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記ばね(6)が、前記プランジャー(5)を、前記軸受けキャップ(8)における、前記軸(3)とは反対側の端部壁に当接させ、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記ばねが弁本体(1)の凹部(20)の中で、前記軸(3)の周りに配置されている、請求項7に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記スリーブ(11)が良好な滑り特性を有する非磁性材料から作られている、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記スリーブ(11)が調整可能な厚さを有する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記スリーブ(11)が前記プランジャー(5)の表面または前記軸受けキャップ(8)の表面のコーティングを備える、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記スリーブ(11)が、前記軸受けキャップ(8)の側方壁の延長上に配置された管状部材(12)の表面のコーティングを備える、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
