なお、請求項4に記載の如く、隣り合う通油溝の間に、補助溝を形成してもよく、補助溝により吸着面の中心への低圧燃料油の出入りをさらに円滑に行うことができる。
この構成では、強磁性を有し、かつ機械的強度の高い可動子を容易に形成できるとともに、切欠きおよび通油溝の形成による構造強度の低下を最小限に抑えることができる。
この構成では、平板部が型形成でき、生産性に富んだ可動子を得ることができる。
この構成では、平板部に密度のより高い溶製材を使用でき、より高い次元で応答性と耐久性とを兼ね備えた燃料噴射弁を得ることができる。
この構成では、可動子と電磁ソレノイドとの接合が大面積であるため、可動子の作動が安定するとともに、通油溝の幅を大きくすることが容易であり、吸着面への低圧燃料油の移動が迅速化できる。
図6の(B)は比較品の可動子5Hを示し、切欠き53は、90度の略V字形で、最奥部5Aから当接平面5Dまでの径方向距離が2.0mm、最奥部5Aに通油溝58の外端5Bが連通している。
図6の(C)は本発明の可動子5であり、切欠き53は、90度の略V字形で、最奥部5Aから当接平面5Dまでの径方向距離が2.0mm、最奥部5Aに通油溝58の外端5Bが連通していない。

Claims (8)
- 噴射弁本体と電磁弁とからなり、前記電磁弁は電磁ソレノイドと開閉弁機構とを有する燃料噴射弁であって、
前記開閉弁機構は、低圧燃料油が満たされている前記電磁弁内に配され、付勢手段と前記電磁ソレノイドの磁力とにより駆動されるとともに、前記電磁ソレノイドに離接する吸着面を有する平板部を備えた可動子を有しており、
前記平板部の外周には、低圧燃料油が前記電磁ソレノイドと前記吸着面との間に出入りするための複数の切欠きが形成され、前記吸着面には、該吸着面の中心部と外周部とを連通し低圧燃料油が吸着面の中心部と外周部との間で円滑に移動できるための通油溝が形成された燃料噴射弁において、
前記通油溝は前記切欠きの最奥部と離隔して形成されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁において、前記切欠きは前記平板部の外周に等間隔に形成されるとともに外周部が広い形状を有し、前記付勢手段は前記電磁ソレノイドの中心に配されるとともに前記平板部の中心に設けた凹所に当接するスプリングであり、前記通油溝は前記凹所から半径方向に形成されており、該通油溝の外側端が前記切欠きの最奥部と分離していることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、前記電磁ソレノイドの中心には、前記スプリングを内包するとともにストッパ面を有する内筒が挿設され、前記吸着面の前記凹所の外周には、前記ストッパ面に当接する円環状の当接面が形成され、前記通油溝は前記凹所から当接面と交差して半径方向に形成されるとともに、外側端の中間に前記最奥部が位置することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 請求項3に記載の燃料噴射弁において、前記隣り合う通油溝の間に、補助溝を形成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の燃料噴射弁において、前記可動子は、溶製材製のシャフト部の外周に、珪素鋼からなる前記平板部を接合して形成されており、前記切欠きは珪素鋼部分に形成されており、前記通油溝は溶製材製部分に形成されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 請求項5に記載の燃料噴射弁において、前記シャフト部と前記平板部の接合は、溶製材製のシャフト部の外周に、珪素鋼からなる焼結金属製の前記平板部を焼結して行われたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 請求項5に記載の燃料噴射弁において、前記シャフト部と前記平板部の接合は、溶製材製のシャフト部の外周に、珪素鋼からなる溶製材製の前記平板部を摩擦圧接接合して行われたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁において、前記電磁ソレノイドは外周部に円環状のストッパ面を有し、前記平板部の前記吸着面の外周に、前記ストッパ面に当接する円環状の当接面が設けられ、前記通油溝は前記当接面と交差して形成されたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
