- 送出カテーテルを備えてなるカテーテルシステムであって、
前記送出カテーテルは、
近位端部分および遠位端部分を有している本体、
前記本体の遠位端部分から遠位へ突出している送出カテーテルシース、
ステントをその上に支持するように構成され、前記送出カテーテルの前記本体および前記送出カテーテルシースを通して軸方向に前進させることができる内側コア、
前記送出カテーテルの前記本体によって支持された把手部材であり、前記送出カテーテルは、この把手部材が前記内側コアへ接続されたときに、この把手部材および前記内側コアが軸方向へ一緒に移動するように構成されている把手部材、および
前記本体によって支持された調節部材であり、この調節部材の回転がこの調節部材を前記本体に沿って軸方向に移動させるように構成されている調節部材
を備え、
前記把手部材は、前記調節部材が回転させられて前記把手部材との軸方向接触力がもたらされたときに、前記把手部材を前記本体に対して軸方向にスライドさせることによるか、あるいは、前記調節部材を前記本体に対して回転させることによるかのいずれかによって、前記送出カテーテルの前記本体に沿って、前記本体の前記遠位端部分と前記調節部材との間で軸方向に移動することができる

前記中空の第1解放ワイヤの中に形成された曲がり部が、前記第2ワイヤの前記遠位端部分を前記中空の第1解放ワイヤへ取り外し可能にロックする
