Claims (10)
- 軸(a)の回りを回転可能な基体(2)を備えるねじ(1)であって、少なくとも1つのねじ山(3)はらせん状に前記基体(2)の回りを延在し、少なくとも1つの流体通路(4)は前記ねじ(1)内に配置され、前記流体通路(4)は温度調節した流体を流すように設計され、
前記流体通路(4)は前記少なくとも1つのねじ山(3)に加工され、前記少なくとも1つのねじ山(3)と共にらせん状に延在する通路として設計されることを特徴とする、ねじ。 - 前記流体通路(4)は径方向(r)に前記ねじ山(3)の高さ(h)まで延在し、前記高さ(h)は前記ねじ山(3)の外径(R)の少なくとも80%、好ましくは少なくとも90%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のねじ。
- 前記流体通路(4)は前記ねじ山(3)の径方向外側領域において閉鎖要素(5)、特に閉鎖鋼板によって閉鎖されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のねじ。
- 前記閉鎖要素(5)は前記ねじ山(3)上に溶接またははんだ付けされることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のねじ。
- 前記流体通路(4)の他に、少なくとも1つの第2の通路(6)が中央に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のねじ。
- 前記流体通路(4)は前記第2の通路(6)と前記ねじ(1)の1つの端部(7)で流体的に接続し、前記1つの端部(7)は温度調節した流体が前記ねじ(1)に流入する前記ねじ(1)の前記端部からは離間し、それによって前記流体通路(4)および前記第2の通路(6)に連続して温度調節した流体が流れることができることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のねじ。
- 前記流体通路(4)は前記第2の通路(6)と前記ねじ(1)の前記両端(7、8)で流体的に接続し、それによって前記流体通路(4)および前記第2の通路(6)には、平行して温度調節した流体が流れることができることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のねじ。
- 少なくとも1つのスロットル(9)は前記第2の通路(6)内に配置され、前記第2の通路(6)を通じて流れる温度調節した流体の前記流量を制限することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のねじ。
- 軸(a)の回りを回転可能な基体(2)を備えるねじ(1)を製造するための方法であって、少なくとも1つのねじ山(3)はらせん状に前記基体(2)の回りを延在し、少なくとも1つの流体通路(4)は前記ねじ(1)内に配置され、前記流体通路(4)は温度調節した流体を流すように設計される方法であって、
前記方法は、
a)前記形成されたねじ山(3)を含む前記基体(2)を製造するステップと、
b)流体通路(4)を前記ねじ山(3)に加工するステップであって、前記ねじ山(3)はらせん状に前記ねじ山(3)に延在し、前記ねじ山(3)の素材は前記ねじ山(3)の径方向外側から除去されるステップと、
c)前記ねじ山(3)の前記径方向外側端部領域を閉鎖要素(5)によって閉鎖するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記流体通路(4)を前記ねじ山(3)に加工することは、フライス盤加工によって行われ、特にフライス盤、好ましくは径方向(r)に位置ぞろえされたフィンガーフライス盤が、前記ねじ(1)の回転中に前記ねじ山(3)のピッチにしたがって軸方向に誘導されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
