Abstract

本发明公开了一种内圆全防腐管件制造工艺,包括:A)在两根以上的钢制管件的两端均加工出台阶孔;B)对管件的内圆除油;C)对每根钢制管件的两端加热至温度T1,使其膨胀,将原本与钢制管件两端台阶孔为过盈配合的两防腐合金内套装于各自的台阶孔内,防腐合金内套的内端与台阶孔端面接触定位,防腐合金内套的内端外圆周设有一段圆锥面,再冷却;D)喷涂:将钢制管件加热至温度T2,T2<T1,将工程塑料粉末喷于防腐合金内套与台阶孔之间的缝隙中及两台阶孔之间的钢制管件内圆面、被熔融、待冷获得喷涂层;E)焊接:将各管件相邻的联接端管口焊接相联。本发明具有防腐性能好、操作方便、加工效率高的优点,且能保证整个管道的机械性能。

一种内圆全防腐管件制造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐管件制造工艺,特别是内圆全防腐钢制管件的制造工艺。
背景技术
目前,用于石油、化工、电力等行业的钢制管道,满足防腐要求,一种是采用工程塑料如聚苯硫醚、聚醚醚酮、聚酰亚胺及液晶聚合物,对其各管件内圆进行热喷涂,但对于长管道,需将管件进行焊接相联,而焊接区温度较高,会导致喷涂层熔融或脱落,影响防腐性能;另一种是在管口内焊接一段防腐合金钢,再在管内热喷涂工程塑料,再将管件焊接相联形成长管道,但管内焊接不仅操作不便、加工效率低,且焊接的高温还影响母材性能,降低强度等,影响管道机械性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述不足,提供一种内圆全防腐管件制造工艺,它具有防腐性能好、操作方便、加工效率高的优点,且能保证整个管道的机械性能。
为达到上述目的,本发明的一种内圆全防腐管件制造工艺,包括以下步骤:A)在两根以上的钢制管件的两端均加工出台阶孔; B)对所有管件的内圆除油;其特征在于还包括:C)管口热套:对每根钢制管件的两端加热至温度T1,使其膨胀,将原本与钢制管件两端台阶孔为过盈配合的两防腐合金内套装于各自的台阶孔内,防腐合金内套的内端与台阶孔端面接触定位,防腐合金内套的内端外圆周设有一段圆锥面,待钢制管件冷却后,防腐合金内套被固定于台阶孔内;D)管内喷涂:将钢制管件加热至温度T2,T2<T1,通过喷枪将工程塑料粉末喷于防腐合金内套与台阶孔之间的缝隙中及两台阶孔之间的钢制管件内圆面,受热的管件对工程塑料粉末加热至熔融温度,待冷却后获得喷涂层;E)焊接:将各管件相邻的联接端管口的防腐合金内套及钢制管件分别焊接相联,获得完整的联接管道;
本发明通过热套将防腐合金内套固定于管件内,在喷涂时,防腐合金内套的内端外圆周上圆锥面使得阶梯孔内形成一空腔,它对熔融的工程塑料有导流、吸附作用,使得熔融的工程塑料充满该空腔及防腐合金内套与台阶孔端面之间的缝隙,确保管件内圆的全防腐性能,且无需管内焊接,操作方便、加工效率高;在进行联接焊接时,仅在端口焊接,其热影响区较小,不影响管道机械性能,也不会破坏喷涂层;
作为本发明的进一步改进,在焊接时:将各管件相邻的联接端管口在轴向间隙设置,通过堆焊内层焊材将相邻的联接端管口相联,内层焊材为与防腐合金内套相同的材质,再在内层焊材外堆焊碳钢层;可进一步减小焊接对喷涂层及管件的影响,同时保证管道强度;
作为本发明的进一步改进,T1较T2高300℃以上;较大的温差可保证防腐合金内套的稳固性;
作为本发明的进一步改进,防腐合金内套的长度大于300毫米;可减小焊接对防腐合金内套和喷涂层的影响;
综上所述,本发明具有防腐性能好、操作方便、加工效率高的优点,且能保证整个管道的机械性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明的一种内圆全防腐管件制造工艺,如图1、图2所示,包括以下步骤:A)在数根钢制管件1的两端均加工出台阶孔2; B)通过加热对所有管件1的内圆除油; C)管口热套:对每根钢制管件1的两端加热至560-600℃,使其膨胀,将原本与钢制管件两端台阶孔2为过盈配合的两防腐合金内套3装于各自的台阶孔2内,防腐合金内套3可采用不锈钢材质,其长度大于300毫米,防腐合金内套3的内端与台阶孔2端面接触、定位,防腐合金内套3的内端外圆周设有一段圆锥面4,待钢制管件1冷却后,防腐合金内套3被固定于台阶孔2内;D)管内喷涂:将带防腐合金内套3的钢制管件1加热至260-300℃,通过喷枪将耐腐蚀的工程塑料粉末(如聚苯硫醚、聚醚醚酮、聚酰亚胺等)喷于防腐合金内套3与台阶孔2之间的缝隙中及两台阶孔2之间的钢制管件内圆面,受热的管件对工程塑料粉末加热至熔融温度,待冷却后获得喷涂层5;E)焊接:将各管件1相邻的联接端管口的防腐合金内套3及钢制管件1分别焊接相联,获得完整的联接管道;
本发明通过热套将防腐合金内套3固定于管件1内,无需管内焊接,操作方便、加工效率高;在喷涂时,由于防腐合金内套3与台阶孔2端面之间不可避免的存在缝隙,防腐合金内套3的内端外圆周上圆锥面4使得阶梯孔2内形成一空腔,它对熔融的工程塑料有导流、吸附作用,使得熔融的工程塑料充满该空腔及防腐合金内套3与台阶孔2端面之间的缝隙,确保管件内圆的全防腐性能,防止产生局部腐蚀;在进行联接焊接时,仅在端口焊接,加上长度较大的防腐合金内套3,其热影响区较小,可减小焊接对防腐合金内套和喷涂层的影响,也不影响管道机械性能;热套和喷涂时较大的温差可防止防腐合金内套3出现松动,保证防腐合金内套3与管件1联接的稳固性;
本发明不限于上述实施方式,如为进一步减小焊接对喷涂层及管件的影响,同时保证管道强度,在焊接时可将各管件1相邻的联接端管口在轴向间隙设置,通过堆焊内层焊材将相邻的联接端管口相联,内层焊材为与防腐合金内套3相同的材质,再在内层焊材外堆焊碳钢层。

Claims (4)

1.一种内圆全防腐管件制造工艺,包括以下步骤:A)在两根以上的钢制管件的两端均加工出台阶孔; B)对所有管件的内圆除油;其特征在于还包括:C)管口热套:对每根钢制管件的两端加热至温度T1,使其膨胀,将原本与钢制管件两端台阶孔为过盈配合的两防腐合金内套装于各自的台阶孔内,防腐合金内套的内端与台阶孔端面接触定位,防腐合金内套的内端外圆周设有一段圆锥面,待钢制管件冷却后,防腐合金内套被固定于台阶孔内;D)管内喷涂:将钢制管件加热至温度T2,T2<T1,通过喷枪将工程塑料粉末喷于防腐合金内套与台阶孔之间的缝隙中及两台阶孔之间的钢制管件内圆面,受热的管件对工程塑料粉末加热至熔融温度,待冷却后获得喷涂层;E)焊接:将各管件相邻的联接端管口的防腐合金内套及钢制管件分别焊接相联,获得完整的联接管道。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种内圆全防腐管件制造工艺,其特征在于在焊接时:将各管件相邻的联接端管口在轴向间隙设置,通过堆焊内层焊材将相邻的联接端管口相联,内层焊材为与防腐合金内套相同的材质,再在内层焊材外堆焊碳钢层。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种内圆全防腐管件制造工艺,其特征在于T1较T2高300℃以上。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种内圆全防腐管件制造工艺,其特征在于防腐合金内套的长度均大于300毫米。
