Claims (8)
- 植物性原料を射出成形又は押出し成形する可塑化装置であって、
植物性原料を攪拌して加熱筒内へ押出す原料供給装置と、
スクリュ軸と該スクリュ軸の外周面に螺旋状に連続して立設した長さLのリードとを含み、該加熱筒内に嵌挿されサーモパイプにより前部の温度を降下させるようにしたスクリュと、
を有してなり、
該スクリュは、スクリュ軸の直径がリードの始端側から終端側に向けて連続して縮径される長さL1のデコンプレッションゾーンを備え、(a)デコンプレッションゾーンの終端側に備えられる長さL2(=L−L1)のデコンプレッションゾーンの終端と同一の直径の部分をスクリュ軸が備えるか、(b)L1=Lであるか、そして(c)デコンプレッションゾーンの始端側に備えられる長さL2(=L−L1)のデコンプレッションゾーンの始端と同一の直径の部分をスクリュ軸が備えるか、の(a)、(b)及び(c)のいずれかである可塑化装置。 - 上記(a)、(b)及び(c)のいずれかが(a)であり、スクリュ軸の直径がリードの始端から長さL1までは連続して縮径され、長さL1を越してリードの終端までの長さL2の間はL1の終端と同一の直径である、請求項1に記載の可塑化装置。
- 前記原料供給装置は、押出し手段の上方に攪拌手段を設けたものである、請求項1又は2に記載の可塑化装置。
- 前記スクリュに設けられた前記サーモパイプは、スクリュの先端に設けた突出部材の中心穿孔まで延長して挿入される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の可塑化装置。
- 前記スクリュのデコンプレッションゾーンの圧縮比は、0.85〜0.95の範囲である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載の可塑化装置。
- 前記スクリュのリード部分における全長(L)と直径(D)との比は、射出成形では17〜25、押出し成形では20〜35の範囲である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載の可塑化装置。
- 前記加熱筒の温度制御は、加熱筒に設けた通路に熱媒体を循環させて行われる、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載の可塑化装置。
- 前記加熱筒の温度制御は、3〜5ゾーンに分割して行われる、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載の可塑化装置。
