Abstract
【解決手段】植物性原料を成形する可塑化装置であって、植物性原料を攪拌して加熱筒12内へ押出す原料供給装置26と、加熱筒12内に嵌挿されデコンプレッションゾーンを備えるとともにサーモパイプ23により前部の温度を降下させるようにしたスクリュ14とを有し、原料供給装置26は、押出し手段28の上方に攪拌手段27が設けられ、スクリュ14の圧縮比(H1/H2)は0.85〜0.95の範囲であり、スクリュ14のリード37部分における全長(L)と直径(D)との比は17〜23の範囲であり、スクリュ14に設けられたサーモパイプ23はスクリュ14の先端に設けた突出部材の中心穿孔43まで延長して挿入され、加熱筒12の温度制御は加熱筒12に設けた通路に熱媒体を循環させて行われ、加熱筒12の温度制御は3〜5ゾーンに分割して行われる。

Claims (8)
- 植物性原料を射出成形又は押出し成形する可塑化装置であって、
植物性原料を攪拌して加熱筒内へ押出す原料供給装置と、前記加熱筒内に嵌挿されサーモパイプにより前部の温度を降下させるようにしたスクリュとを有することを特徴とする可塑化装置。 - 前記原料供給装置は、押出し手段の上方に攪拌手段を設けたものである請求項1に記載の可塑化装置。
- 前記スクリュに設けられた前記サーモパイプは、スクリュの先端に設けた突出部材の中心穿孔まで延長して挿入される請求項1に記載の可塑化装置。
- 前記スクリュは、デコンプレッションゾーンを備える請求項1に記載の可塑化装置。
- 前記スクリュのデコンプレッションゾーンの圧縮比は、0.85〜0.95の範囲である請求項4に記載の可塑化装置。
- 前記スクリュのリード部分における全長(L)と直径(D)との比は、射出成形では17〜25、押出し成形では20〜35の範囲である請求項1に記載の可塑化装置。
- 前記加熱筒の温度制御は、加熱筒に設けた通路に熱媒体を循環させて行われる請求項1に記載の可塑化装置。
- 前記加熱筒の温度制御は、3〜5ゾーンに分割して行われる請求項1に記載の可塑化装置。
