Abstract
本实用新型是一种塑料挤出机的螺杆，其特征是螺杆为小的螺矩、螺深和螺旋升角，螺杆外表面敷不沾材料层，螺杆内设有冷却装置；由于螺杆内设有冷却装置和外表面敷了不沾材料层使得粘性大的塑料原料不容易沾在螺杆上，加快了其挤出速度，尤其是大大加快了特高、超高分子量聚乙烯的挤出速度。

技术背景
目前国内普通塑料挤出机的螺杆已基本标准化，但是对于一些特殊的塑料原料，如特高、超高分子量聚乙烯来说，由于原料自身粘度大，熔融指数接近为零，且在剪切力大的情况下容易降解，所以普通螺杆在挤出时原料容易粘在螺杆表面，并容易降解，所以挤出速度非常慢甚至降解。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决以上问题，从而提出一种制作简单、能有效提高挤出速度，避免剪切降解并适用于任何直径、长径比的挤出机上的塑料挤出机的螺杆。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：螺杆为小的螺矩、螺槽深度和螺旋升角；在螺杆内设有冷却装置；螺杆外表面敷有不粘材料层。
本用新型的有益效果是，小的螺距、螺槽深度和螺旋升角使剪切力大为减小，减少了降解的几率；冷却装置和外表面敷不粘材料层使原料打转的可能性减少，有效解决原料粘在螺杆上而不前进的问题，增加了挤出速度，提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
一种塑料挤出机的螺杆，其特征是，螺杆1为小的螺矩、螺槽深度和螺旋升角，内有冷却装置3，螺杆1外表面敷有不沾材料层2。
所述的螺杆1的螺矩为螺杆外径尺寸的0.1-0.6倍。
所述的螺杆1的螺槽深度为螺杆外径尺寸的0.01-0.3倍。
所述的螺杆1的螺旋升角在3°-15°之间。
所述的螺杆1的螺矩在螺杆上是等距的或不等距的。
所述的螺杆1的螺槽深度是渐变的或突变的。
所述的螺杆1外表面的敷的不粘材料是镀铬层或镀镍层或镀钛层。
所述的螺杆1的压缩比在1.6到2.4之间。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，当原料从螺杆1送料段进入后，在螺杆1外表面敷的不粘材料层2、冷却装置3和流动介质4的作用下，使与螺杆外表而相接触的原料硬化，使原料不再随着螺杆旋转，从而提高了挤出速度。而小的螺距、螺槽深度和螺旋升角使剪切力大为减小，减少了降解的儿率，使原料能够保持本身特性。
在使用过程中，由于螺槽间距、螺槽深度和螺旋升角的取值的不同，能搭配出多种用法来适应不同的塑料原料，从而生产出了不同种类的塑料成品，来满足多种用途的需要。

1、一种塑料挤出机的螺杆，其特征是，螺杆为小的螺矩、螺槽深度和螺旋升角，螺杆内有冷却装置，螺杆外表面敷有不沾材料层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的螺杆，其特征是：螺矩为螺杆外径尺寸的0.1-0.6倍。
3、根据权利要求1、2所述的螺杆，其特征是：螺槽深度为螺杆外径尺寸的0.01-0.3倍。
4、根据权利要求3所述的螺杆，其特征是：螺旋升角在3°-15°之间。
5、根据权利要求1、4所述的螺杆，其特征是：螺矩在螺杆上是等距的或不等距的。
6、根据权利要求5所述的螺杆，其特征是：螺槽深度是渐变的或突变的。
7、根据权利要求1、4或6所述的螺杆，其特征是：不粘材料层是镀铬层或镀镍层或镀钛层。
8、根据权利要求7所述的螺杆，其特征是：螺杆的压缩比在1.6到2.4之间。
