Claims (17)
- ねじ山付本体と、該本体の中へ軸線方向に延びるキャビティと、冷却材をキャビティに供給するための供給手段と、キャビティから冷却材を排出するための排出手段と、供給手段と排出手段との間に冷却材流れを案内するための、キャビティ内に配置された案内手段と、を有し、前記案内手段は、ボアを構成する内面及び本体に隣接して位置した外面を有し、熱を本体から前記外面に伝達させることができ、且つ少なくとも一部が案内手段に沿って延びる複数のスロットを構成し、スロットは、ボアから半径方向に間隔を隔てられそしてボアと流体連通しており、
供給手段は、案内手段に冷却材を供給するための、前記本体に取り付けられたシャフト内に配置された供給管からなり、
排出手段は、シャフト内に配置され、供給管の周りに延び、且つ供給管と同軸である排出ラインと、冷却材をスロットから排出ラインに運ぶための手段と、を含み、冷却材を運ぶ手段はシャフト内に配置され、冷却材を前記スロットから排出ラインに受けるための、環状チャンネルから延びる複数のボアからなる、真空ポンプのロータ。 - 案内手段の少なくとも一部は、好ましくは、ロータ本体が形成される材料の熱伝導率と等しい又はそれよりも大きい熱伝導率を有する材料で形成される、請求項1によるロータ。
- 案内手段の前記少なくとも一部は金属材料で形成される、請求項1又は2によるロータ。
- 案内手段の前記少なくとも一部はアルミニウム、銅、鉄、又はその合金材料で形成される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項によるロータ。
- 案内手段はキャビティ内に配置された管からなる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項によるロータ。
- 管は円形断面を有する、請求項5によるロータ。
- 案内手段はシャフトからなり、前記管はシャフトの周りに配置され、前記シャフトは、管のボアの中へ部分的に延び、且つ本体に取り付けられている、請求項5又は6によるロータ。
- スロットがシャフトと管の間に配置される、請求項7によるロータ。
- 案内手段の外面は、本体とともにスロットを構成するように輪郭付されている、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1こうによるロータ。
- スロットは案内手段の内面と外面との間に配置される、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項によるロータ。
- 供給管は冷却材案内手段のボアに供給するように構成されている、請求項1によるロータ。
- 供給管は本体とほぼ同軸である、請求項11によるロータ。
- シャフトとともに供給管の回転を阻止するために軸受が供給管とシャフトとの間に配置される、請求項1によるロータ。
- 案内手段は、本体に隣接して配置され、使用中、案内手段は本体に接触する、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項によるロータ。
- 案内手段の外面は0.1mmよりも小さい距離だけ本体から隔てられている、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項によるロータ。
- 案内手段の外面は本体と接触している、請求項1ないし14のいずれか1項によるロータ。
- 各端にキャビティを有するねじ山付本体と、各キャビティに冷却材を供給するための供給手段と、各キャビティから冷却材を排出するための排出手段と、を有し、各キャビティには、供給手段と排出手段との間に冷却材流れを案内するための案内手段が配置され、前記案内手段は、ボアを構成する内面及び本体に隣接して位置した外面を有し、熱を本体から前記外面に伝達させることができ、且つ少なくとも一部が案内手段に沿って延びる複数のスロットを構成し、スロットは、ボアから半径方向に間隔を隔てられ且つボアと流体連通している、真空ポンプのロータ。
