Description
・ 閉鎖要素を最初貫通口内の第1の位置に圧入することができ、従って両方の密封リップを貫通口内に圧入してバルブ上に固定された液体容器を密封式かつ強固に閉鎖することができる。液体容器をポンプユニットから除去した後ばね圧力によって閉鎖要素が自動的に第2の位置まで押圧され、その位置においては第1の密封リップのみが貫通口内に圧着され他方第2の密封リップはより大きな圧接力のために貫通口の縁部に接合する。従って、閉鎖要素を再びに完全に貫通口内に圧入する必要なく液体容器が密封される;
・ ポンプノズルの頭部が閉鎖要素から容易に取り外し可能であるとともにバルブがばね圧力によって閉鎖されるため、大きな力を使用することなくバルブをポンプノズルから取り外し可能である;
・ 閉鎖要素がばね圧力によって貫通口内に圧接され従って形状的に相互に嵌合する部材を弾力的な変形によって係合から解除する必要がないため、ポンプユニット上へのバルブの固定およびポンプユニットからの除去に際して損傷の危険が低減される。
特定の実施形態においては、下面から突立していて貫通口と反対側に配置されたばね要素の支持部を備えたばね固定部材をバルブ体が含む。ばね要素が圧縮ばねからなることが好適である。
Claims (14)
- A) 中央軸(6)とその中央軸(6)に対して交差方向に配置された上面(3)と同様に中央軸(6)に対して交差方向に配置された下面(4)とバルブ体(2)を前記上面(3)から下面(4)まで軸方向に貫通する貫通口(5)とを有するバルブ体(2)を備え;
B) 貫通口(5)の方向を向いた前端部(11)と軸方向において逆側の後端部(12)を有する閉鎖要素(7)を備え、その閉鎖要素が中央軸(6)と同軸に下面(4)から貫通口(5)内に圧入可能で従ってその閉鎖要素(7)によって貫通口(5)を液漏れしない様に閉鎖可能である、
液体容器あるいは袋体(24)を開閉するためのバルブ(1)であり、
C) 前記閉鎖要素(7)はばね要素(10)によって貫通口(5)内に圧入可能であり;
D) 前記閉鎖要素(7)が前端部(11)上に圧入力P1によって貫通口(5)内に圧入可能な第1の密封リップ(8)を備えるとともにそこから軸方向に向かって後方に圧入力P2によって貫通口(5)内に圧入可能な第2の密封リップ(15)を備え、そのP2がP1よりも強力な圧入力である、
ことを特徴とするバルブ(1)。 - 下面(4)から突立していて貫通口(5)と反対側に配置されたばね要素(10)の支持部(13)を備えたばね固定部材(9)をバルブ体(2)が含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ(1)。
- ばね要素(10)が圧縮ばねからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバルブ(1)。
- ばね要素(10)がばね固定部材(9)の支持部(13)と閉鎖要素(7)の間に配置され、従って下面(4)からバルブ体(2)の貫通口(5)内に閉鎖要素(7)を圧接することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のバルブ(1)。
- ばね固定部材(9)は実質的にU字型に形成されていてバルブ体(2)と固定的に結合された2本の側方アーム(23a;23b)とそれらの側方アーム(23a;23b)と固定的に結合された梁形状のブリッジ部材(22)を含むことを特徴とする請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載のバルブ(1)。
- ばね固定部材(9)あるいはバルブ体(2)と結合された1本あるいは複数の弾力性アーム(14a;14b)によって閉鎖要素(7)が保持されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のバルブ(1)。
- バルブ体(2)、ばね固定部材(9)、および閉鎖要素(7)、ならびに好適にはさらに弾力性アームが一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2ないし6のいずれかに記載のバルブ(1)。
- ばね要素(10)の支持部(13)が中空部(20)として形成され、それがバルブ体(2)の中央軸(6)に対して同軸にブリッジ部材(22)を貫通するとともにばね要素(10)を軸方向において保持する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項5ないし7のいずれかに記載のバルブ(1)。
- ブリッジ部材(22)が末端の外面(25)を有し、その外面(25)上に実質的に中央軸(6)に平行な少なくとも2本の延長部(26)を設け、それを介して中空部(20)が延在することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバルブ(1)。
- バルブ体(2)が中空シリンダとして形成されるとともに、好適にはバルブ体(2)の中央軸(6)に対して交差方向に延在する1枚あるいは複数枚の実質的に菱形のフィン(18a;18b;18c)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のバルブ(1)。
- フィン(18a;18b;18c)の間に第1の補強リブ(19a)と好適にはばね固定部材(9)の外側に第2の補強リブ(19b)を設けることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバルブ(1)。
- ばね要素(10)は独立した部材とすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載のバルブ(1)。
- 請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のバルブ(1)を有する袋体(24)を備えた液体容器。
- 袋体(24)を縁部上で溶接可能にしてその溶接可能な袋体(24)の縁部内にバルブ体(2)を溶接し、前記袋体(24)の縁部をその縁部の一断片(30)を除いて溶接し、それによって袋体(24)への充填用にその袋体(24)上に1つの開口部を形成することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の液体容器。
