Description
初めに、熱可塑性材料よりも小さい粒径及び良好な熱安定性を有する物質を、撹拌機構と加熱手段とを備える装置内で撹拌しながら、熱可塑性材料の軟化点以上の温度まで加熱する工程と、
熱可塑性材料を装置に投入する工程と、
熱可塑性材料の表面に、より良好な熱安定性を有する物質を固定化する工程と、
を含む、プロセスに関する。
第1に、ポリマー、好ましくは熱可塑的に加工可能なポリマー、より好ましくはポリアミド、並びに吸収性ポリマー、好ましくは吸収性ポリエステル、とりわけポリ−D−乳酸、ポリ−L−乳酸及び/又はポリ−D,L−乳酸の特性を、好ましくはその機械的特性及び/又は生物医学的用途に対するその適合性に関して特に改善するという課題;
第2に、カルシウム塩、とりわけ炭酸カルシウムをポリマー、好ましくは熱可塑的に加工可能なポリマー、より好ましくはポリアミド、及び/又は吸収性ポリマー、好ましくは吸収性ポリエステル、とりわけポリ−D−乳酸、ポリ−L−乳酸及び/又はポリ−D,L−乳酸中に非常に均質に分散させるという課題。
大粒子が0.1μm〜10mmの範囲の平均粒径を有し、
小粒子の平均粒径が、大粒子の平均粒径の1/10以下であり、
大粒子が少なくとも1つのポリマーを含み、
小粒子が少なくとも1つのカルシウム塩を含み、
小粒子が大粒子の表面上に配列及び/又は大粒子内に不均一分布を形成し、
小粒子が、0.01μm〜1.0mmの範囲の平均粒度を有する炭酸カルシウムの沈降粒子を含み、及び/又は大粒子が、500g/mol〜1000000g/molの範囲の数平均分子量を有する少なくとも1つの吸収性ポリエステルを含む、
微細構造複合粒子を利用可能とすることによって極めて効率的かつ安価な方法で解決される。
較正はインジウムを用いて実施するのが好ましい。測定は乾燥酸素無含有窒素下で実施するのが好ましい(流量:好ましくは40ml/分)。サンプル重量は15mg〜20mgで選ばれるのが好ましい。研究中、初めにサンプルを0℃から好ましくはポリマーの融解温度を超える温度に加熱した後、0℃まで冷却し、再度0℃から上記温度まで10℃/分の加熱速度で加熱する。
カルボン酸基 −COOH、
カルボキシレート基 −COO−、
スルホン酸基 −SO3H、
スルホネート基 −SO3 −、
硫酸水素基 −OSO3H、
スルフェート基 −OSO3 −、
ホスホン酸基 −PO3H2、
ホスホネート基 −PO3H−、−PO3 2−、
アミノ基 −NR1R2、及び、
アンモニウム基 −N+R1R2R3、
とりわけカルボン酸基、カルボキシレート基、ホスホン酸基及びホスホネート基。
a)Ca2+:>10mmol/l〜50mmol/l、好ましくは15mmol/l〜45mmol/l、とりわけ17mmol/l〜35mmol/l;
b)ジアルキルカーボネート及び/又はアルキレンカーボネート:>10mmol/l〜50mmol/l、好ましくは15mmol/l〜45mmol/l、とりわけ17mmol/l〜35mmol/l;
c)OH−:20mmol/l〜100mmol/l、好ましくは20mmol/l〜50mmol/l、より好ましくは25mmol/l〜45mmol/l、とりわけ28mmol/l〜35mmol/l。
a)Ca(OH)2:>5mmol/l〜25mmol/l、好ましくは7.5mmol/l〜22.5mmol/l、とりわけ8.5mmol/l〜15.5mmol/l;
b)ジアルキルカーボネート及び/又はアルキレンカーボネート:>5mmol/l〜25mmol/l、好ましくは7.5mmol/l〜22.5mmol/l、とりわけ8.5mmol/l〜15.5mmol。
大粒子は、0.1μm〜10mmの範囲、好ましくは0.5μm〜2.0mmの範囲、とりわけ1.0μm〜500.0μmの範囲の平均粒径を有し、
小粒子の平均粒径は、大粒子の平均粒径の1/10以下であり、0.01μm〜1.0mmの範囲、好ましくは0.02μm〜200μmの範囲、有利には0.05μm〜30.0μmの範囲、とりわけ0.1μm〜15.0μmの範囲内にあるのが好ましい。
初めに、熱可塑性材料よりも小さい粒径及び良好な熱安定性を有する物質を、好ましくは撹拌機構と加熱手段とを備える装置内で撹拌しながら、好ましくは熱可塑性材料の軟化点以上の温度まで加熱する工程;
熱可塑性材料を装置に投入する工程;及び、
熱可塑性材料の表面に、より良好な熱安定性を有する物質を固定化する工程。
微細構造複合粒子の特性は以下のようにして決定した。
走査型電子顕微鏡写真は、高圧電子顕微鏡(Zeiss、DSM 962)を用いて15kVで作成した。サンプルに金−パラジウム層を吹き付けた。
熱重量分析は、40℃〜1000℃の範囲において10℃/分の加熱速度で、PerkinElmerのSTA 6000を用いて窒素(窒素流量:20ml/分)下で行った。
非晶質炭酸カルシウムと非晶質ポリラクチド(PLA)とを含む微細構造複合粒子を、特許文献2に記載の方法に従い、NHS−0装置を用いて調製した。12℃の冷水を冷却に使用した。ポリラクチドペレット材料(平均粒度3mm)を母粒子として使用し、非晶質炭酸カルシウム粉末(DSACC;平均粒度1μm)を子粒子として使用した。
炭酸カルシウム球(スフェルライト;SPH)と非晶質ポリラクチド(PLA)とを含む微細構造複合粒子を、実施例1に記載のようにNHS−0を用いて調製した。実施例1に記載のものと同じポリラクチドペレット材料を母粒子として使用し、平均粒径が7μmの炭酸カルシウム球(スフェルライト)を子粒子として使用した。
混合粒子形状の炭酸カルシウム(偏三角面体状及び針状結晶;Schaefer Precarb(登録商標)400)と、ポリアミド−12(PA12)ベースの微粉末とを含む微細構造複合粒子を、NHS−1を用いて調製した。12℃の冷水を冷却に使用した。PA12(平均粒度50μm)を母粒子として使用し、Schaefer Precarb(登録商標)400炭酸カルシウム(平均粒度0.7μm)を子粒子として使用した。
混合粒子形状の炭酸カルシウム(偏三角面体状及び針状結晶;Schaefer Precarb(登録商標)400)と、ポリアミド−12(PA12)ベースの微粉末とを含む微細構造複合粒子を、NHS−1を用いて調製した。12℃の冷水を冷却に使用した。PA12(平均粒度50μm)を母粒子として使用し、Schaefer Precarb(登録商標)400炭酸カルシウム(平均粒度0.7μm)を子粒子として使用した。
Claims (16)
- 大粒子と小粒子とを複合させることを含むプロセスによって得ることが可能な微細構造複合粒子であって、
前記大粒子が0.1μm〜10mmの範囲の平均粒径を有し、
前記小粒子の平均粒径が、前記大粒子の平均粒径の1/10以下であり、
前記大粒子が少なくとも1つのポリマーを含み、
前記小粒子が炭酸カルシウムを含み、
前記小粒子が前記大粒子の表面上に配列及び/又は該大粒子内に不均質分布を形成し、
前記小粒子が、0.01μm〜1.0mmの範囲の平均粒度を有する炭酸カルシウムの沈降粒子を含む、微細構造複合粒子。 - 大粒子と小粒子とを複合させることを含むプロセスによって得ることが可能な微細構造複合粒子であって、
前記大粒子が0.1μm〜10mmの範囲の平均粒径を有し、
前記小粒子の平均粒径が、前記大粒子の平均粒径の1/10以下であり、
前記大粒子が少なくとも1つのポリマーを含み、
前記小粒子がカルシウム塩を含み、
前記小粒子が前記大粒子の表面上に配列及び/又は該大粒子内に不均一分布を形成し、
前記大粒子が、500g/mol〜1000000g/molの範囲の数平均分子量を有する少なくとも1つの吸収性ポリエステルを含む、微細構造複合粒子。 - 前記カルシウム塩が炭酸カルシウムを含む、請求項2に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記カルシウム塩のアスペクト比が5未満である、請求項1,2又は3に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記カルシウム塩が沈降炭酸カルシウムを含む、請求項3に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記カルシウム塩が球状炭酸カルシウムを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記カルシウム塩が炭酸カルシウムの安定化粒子を含み、該炭酸カルシウムの粒子が、式R−Xn(式中、基Rは、少なくとも1つの炭素原子を含む基を表し、基Xは、少なくとも1つの酸素原子、更には少なくとも1つの炭素原子、硫黄原子、リン原子及び/又は窒素原子を含む基を表し、nは好ましくは1〜20の範囲の整数を表す)を満たす、モル質量が100g/mol超の少なくとも1つの物質を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記大粒子が少なくとも1つの熱可塑性ポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記大粒子が少なくとも1つの吸収性ポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記大粒子がポリ−D−乳酸、ポリ−L−乳酸及び/又はポリ−D,L−乳酸を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記大粒子が少なくとも1つのポリアミドを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記小粒子が少なくとも1つのリン酸カルシウムを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記小粒子がCa3(PO4)2、CaHPO4、Ca(H2PO4)2及び/又はCa5(PO4)3(OH)を含む、請求項12に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記複合粒子がコアとシースとを含み、該コアが0.5μm〜2.0mmの範囲の平均直径を有し、該シースがコア直径ベースで20%以下の平均厚さを有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の複合粒子。
- 前記カルシウム塩の重量分率が、前記複合粒子の総重量ベースで0.1wt%以上である、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の複合粒子。
- 構造成分の作製、生体医用工学及び/又はマイクロ技術における用途、及び/又は発泡品の作製への添加剤、とりわけポリマー添加剤、アジュバント又は出発物質としての請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の複合粒子の使用。
