Claims (49)
- 非晶質炭酸カルシウム(ACC)を調製する方法であって、
(i)ACC懸濁液を形成するように可溶性カルシウム塩と第1の安定化剤を含む水溶液を可溶性炭酸塩を含む水溶液と混ぜ合わせる工程と
(ii)第2の安定化剤と有機溶媒がその形成の約2分以内に前記ACC懸濁液と接触し、それによってACCの安定化された懸濁液を得る限り、任意の順で同時に又は順次、水混和性有機溶媒及び第2の安定化剤を含む水溶液を添加する工程を含み、
第1の安定化剤と第2の安定化剤は同一であり又は異なっており;
安定化剤の総量が安定化されたACC懸濁液の約12重量%までを構成し、水混和性有機溶媒が安定化されたACC懸濁液の少なくとも約5重量%を構成する方法。 - (i)可溶性カルシウム塩と第1の安定化剤を含む水溶液を調製する工程と、
(ii)可溶性炭酸塩を含む水溶液を調製する工程と、
(iii)第2の安定化剤を含む水溶液を調製する工程と、
(iv)水混和性有機溶媒を含む溶液を調製する工程と、
(v)ACC懸濁液を形成させるように、工程(ii)で調製した溶液を工程(i)で調製した溶液と混ぜ合わせ、その後、これらの溶液がその形成の約2分以内に前記ACC懸濁液と接触し、それによってACCの安定化された懸濁液を得る限り、任意の順で同時に又は順次、工程(iii)及び(iv)で調製した溶液を添加する工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - (i)可溶性カルシウム塩と第1の安定化剤を含む水溶液を調製する工程と、

(iii)水混和性有機溶媒中で第2の安定化剤の溶液を調製する工程と、
(iv)ACC懸濁液を形成させるように、工程(i)及び(ii)で調製した溶液を混ぜ合わせ、その後、安定化されたACCの懸濁液を形成させるようにその形成の約2分以内にACC懸濁液に工程(iii)で調製した溶液を添加する工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - (i)可溶性カルシウム塩と第1の安定化剤を含む水溶液を調製する工程と、
(ii)可溶性炭酸塩を含む水溶液を調製し、工程(i)の前記カルシウム塩と混ぜ合わせ、それによってACCの懸濁液を得る工程と、
(iii)第2の安定化剤の水溶液を調製し、それによって安定化溶液を得る工程と、
(iv)前記安定化溶液を前記ACCの懸濁液と混ぜ合わせる工程と、
(v)水混和性有機溶媒を添加する工程を含み、
安定化溶液及び有機溶媒は、安定化されたACCの懸濁液を形成させるようにその形成の約2分以内にACC懸濁液に添加される請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記カルシウム塩が塩化カルシウムである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記可溶性炭酸塩がアルカリ炭酸塩又は炭酸アンモニウムである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ炭酸塩が、炭酸リチウム、炭酸ナトリウム又は炭酸カリウムである請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記カルシウム塩と前記炭酸塩が約0.5〜約2.0のモル比で存在する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水混和性有機溶媒が低級アルコール類及びケトン類から成る群から選択される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水混和性有機溶媒が、メタノール、エタノール、プロパノール、イソプロピルアルコール、アセトン、ジエチルケトン及びシクロヘキサノンから成る群から選択され、好ましくは水混和性有機溶媒がエタノールである請求項9に記載の方法。
- 可溶性カルシウム塩溶液の濃度が約4mM〜約2Mであり、可溶性炭酸塩溶液の濃度が約4mM〜約2Mである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1と第2の安定化剤がそれぞれ独立して有機酸、リン酸化有機酸、ヒドロキシカルボン酸のリン酸エステル、ヒドロキシカルボン酸の硫酸エステル、リン酸化アミノ酸及びその誘導体、及びアルカリ水酸化物と組み合わせたヒドロキシを持つ有機化合物から成る群から選択される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1と第2の安定化剤の少なくとも一方がアスコルビン酸、酢酸及び少なくとも2つのカルボキシル基及び250g/モル以下の分子量を有する有機酸から選択される有機酸である請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第1と第2の安定化剤の少なくとも一方がクエン酸、酒石酸及びリンゴ酸から選択される請求項13に記載の方法。
- 第1と第2の安定化剤の少なくとも一方が、ヒドロキシカルボン酸のリン酸エステル、ヒドロキシカルボン酸の硫酸エステル、リン酸化アミノ酸誘導体、又はアミノ酸硫酸エステルである請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第1と第2の安定化剤の少なくとも一方が、ホスホエノールピルビン酸、ホスホクレアチン、ホスホセリン、ホスホスレオニン、スルホセリン、及びスルホスレオニンから選択される請求項15に記載の方法。
- 第1と第2の安定化剤の少なくとも一方が、アルカリ水酸化物と組み合わせたヒドロキシを持つ有機化合物であり、ヒドロキシを持つ有機化合物が、単糖類、二糖類、三糖類、オリゴ糖類又は多糖類;及び非リン酸化でヒドロキシルを持つ化合物、好ましくは非リン酸化アミノ酸から選択される請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第1と第2の安定化剤の少なくとも一方が、グルコース、マンノース、フルクトース、スクロース、グリセロール、セリン及びスレオニンから成る群から選択され、アルカリ水酸化物が水酸化ナトリウム及び水酸化カリウムから選択される請求項17に記載の方法。
- 第1と第2の安定化剤の少なくとも一方が、アルカリ金属水酸化物と組み合わせたポリオール、リン酸化アミノ酸、アミノ酸硫酸エステル、ジカルボン酸、トリカルボン酸、アルカリ金属水酸化物と組み合わせた非リン酸化でヒドロキシルを持つ化合物及びそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択され、安定化されたACCの前記懸濁液における安定化剤の総量が約1〜約1000mMである請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第1と第2の安定化剤の少なくとも一方がリン酸化アミノ酸であり、安定化されたACCの前記懸濁液におけるその総濃度が約2〜約200mMである請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第1と第2の安定化剤の少なくとも一方がクエン酸であり、安定化されたACCの前記懸濁液におけるその総濃度が約1〜約200mMである請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第1と第2の安定化剤の少なくとも一方がアルカリ金属水酸化物と組み合わせたポリオール又はアルカリ金属水酸化物と組み合わせた非リン酸化でヒドロキシルを持つアミノ酸であり、安定化されたACCの前記懸濁液におけるポリオール又はアミノ酸の総濃度が約10mM〜約1000mMであり、安定化されたACCの前記懸濁液における水酸化物の総濃度が約1mM〜約2000mMの間である請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1と第2の安定化剤が異なる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の安定化剤及び前記第2の安定化剤が同一であり、前記第1と第2の安定化剤が約1〜約10の比で使用される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の安定化剤と水混和性有機溶媒を添加する工程が約−10℃〜約60℃の間、好ましくは約−3℃〜常温の間、さらに好ましくは約0℃〜約15℃の間の温度で実施される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 安定化されたACCの前記懸濁液から前記ACCを分離し、乾燥させ、それによって安定なACCの粉末を得る工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分離する工程が、濾過又は遠心を含み、乾燥させる工程が加熱又は凍結乾燥を含む請求項26に記載の方法。
- 安定なACCの前記粉末が約15重量%未満の水分、好ましくは約8重量%未満の水分、及び約30〜約35重量%の間のカルシウムを含む請求項26に記載の方法。
- (i)約1Mまでの濃度での塩化カルシウムと1モルの塩化カルシウム当たり約1〜約80ミリモルの安定化剤の水溶液を調製する工程と、
(ii)工程(i)の塩化カルシウムと同じモル濃度での炭酸ナトリウムの水溶液を調製し、それを工程(i)の前記カルシウム溶液と混ぜ合わせ、それによってACCの懸濁液を得る工程と、
(iii)工程(i)の塩化カルシウムの1モル当たり約350gのエタノール及び工程と(i)と同じであるが、量が2倍である安定化剤を含む安定化溶液を調製する工程と、
(iv)安定化溶液をその形成の約2分以内にACCの前記懸濁液と混ぜ合わせ、それによってACCの安定化された懸濁液を得る工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 工程(i)及び工程(iii)における前記第1と第2の安定化剤がそれぞれ、カルシウム1モル当たり約6ミリモルと約12ミリモルの量でのホスホセリンであり、前記方法がさらに、ACCの前記懸濁液を濾過し、約40℃〜約50℃の間の温度で真空乾燥させることを含む請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記第1と第2の安定化剤が、工程(i)におけるカルシウム1モル当たり約70ミリモルのスクロースと約100ミリモルのNaOH及び工程(iii)におけるカルシウム1モル当たり約140ミリモルのスクロースと約200ミリモルのNaOHの量での水酸化ナトリウムを伴ったスクロースであり、前記方法がさらに遠心又は凍結乾燥によってACCを単離することを含む請求項29に記載の方法。
- 水性混合物にて塩化カルシウムとアルカリ炭酸塩とリン酸化有機酸とアルコールを混ぜ合わせ、それによって約2.5〜約5重量%の間のACC、約0.001〜約0.2重量%の間のリン酸化有機酸、及び約8〜約32重量%の間のエタノールを含有する安定化させたACCの懸濁液を得ることを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水性混合物にて塩化カルシウムとアルカリ炭酸塩とジカルボン酸又はトリカルボン酸とアルコールを混ぜ合わせ、それによって約2.5〜約5重量%の間のACC、約0.001〜約0.2重量%の間のジカルボン酸又はトリカルボン酸、及び約8〜約32重量%の間のエタノールを含有する安定化させたACCの懸濁液を得ることを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水性混合物にて塩化カルシウムとアルカリ炭酸塩とジカルボン酸又はトリカルボン酸、リン酸化有機酸とアルコールを混ぜ合わせ、それによって約2.5〜約5重量%の間のACC、約0.001〜約0.2重量%の間のジカルボン酸又はトリカルボン酸及びリン酸化有機酸、及び約8〜約32重量%の間のエタノールを含有する安定化させたACCの懸濁液を得ることを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水性混合物にて塩化カルシウムとアルカリ炭酸塩と水酸化ナトリウムを伴ったスクロースとアルコールを混ぜ合わせ、それによって約2.5〜約5重量%の間のACC、約1〜約4重量%の間のスクロース、約0.5重量%の水酸化物及び約10〜約15重量%の間のエタノールを含有する安定化させたACCの懸濁液を得ることを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水性混合物にて塩化カルシウムとアルカリ炭酸塩と水酸化ナトリウムを伴った非リン酸化でヒドロキシルを持つアミノ酸とアルコールを混ぜ合わせ、それによって約2.5〜約5重量%の間のACC、約1〜約4重量%の間の非リン酸化でヒドロキシルを持つアミノ酸、約0.5重量%の水酸化物及び約10〜約15重量%の間のエタノールを含有する安定化させたACCの懸濁液を得ることを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水性混合物にて塩化カルシウムと炭酸塩ナトリウムと非リン酸化でヒドロキシルを持つアミノ酸と糖類と水酸化ナトリウムとアルコールを混ぜ合わせ、それによって約2.5〜約5重量%の間のACC、約1〜約4重量%の間の非リン酸化でヒドロキシルを持つアミノ酸と糖類の合計、約0.5重量%の水酸化物及び約10〜約15重量%の間のエタノールを含有する安定化させたACCの懸濁液を得ることを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 懸濁液からACCを分離し、乾燥させ、それによって約75〜約88重量%の間のCaCO3と約10重量%未満の水分を含む安定なACCの粉末を得る工程をさらに含む請求項32〜37のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1の安定化剤が2以上の安定化化合物の組み合わせを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の安定化剤が2以上の安定化化合物の組み合わせを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1の方法に従って製造され、約2.5〜約5重量%の間のACC、約0.05〜約0.2重量%の間のリン酸化有機酸及び約10〜約15重量%の間のエタノールを含む安定化させたACCの懸濁液。
- 請求項1の方法に従って製造され、約2.5〜約5重量%の間のACC、約0.05〜約0.2重量%の間の有機酸及び約10〜約15重量%の間のエタノールを含む安定化させたACCの懸濁液。
- 請求項1の方法に従って製造され、約2.5〜約5重量%の間のACC、約1〜約4重量%の間の糖類、約0.5重量%の水酸化物及び約10〜約15重量%の間のエタノールを含有する安定化させたACCの懸濁液。
- 請求項1の方法に従って製造され、約2.5〜約5重量%の間のACC、約1〜約4重量%の間の非リン酸化でヒドロキシルを持つアミノ酸、約0.5重量%の水酸化物及び約10〜約15重量%の間のエタノールを含有する安定化させたACCの懸濁液。
- 請求項1の方法に従って製造され、約75〜約88重量%の間のCaCO3、約10重量%未満の水分及びリン酸化有機酸を含む安定なACCの粉末。
- 請求項1の方法に従って製造され、約75〜約88重量%の間のCaCO3、約10重量%未満の水分及び有機酸を含む安定なACCの粉末。
- 請求項1の方法に従って製造され、約75〜約88重量%の間のCaCO3、約10重量%未満の水分及び約1〜約5重量%の間の糖類を含む安定なACCの粉末。
- 請求項1の方法に従って製造され、約75〜約88重量%の間のCaCO3、約10重量%未満の水分及び約1〜約5重量%の間の非リン酸化でヒドロキシルを持つアミノ酸を含む安定なACCの粉末。
- 染料、紙製品、プラスチック、インク、接着剤、大理石修復製品、医療機器、医薬品、食品補完剤及び/又は食品添加物における請求項41〜48のいずれか1項の懸濁液又は粉末の使用。
