Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 電子デバイスの操作性を制御するための方法であって、
電子デバイスが車両内に位置しており車両のオペレーターに近接しているかどうかをセンサーを使って決定するステップと、
少なくとも1つの使用禁止条件が存在するかどうかを決定するステップと、
電子デバイスが車両のオペレーターに近接して位置していることに応答し、更に決定された禁止条件に応答して、電子デバイスの機能性の少なくとも一部を不能にするステップと、
電子デバイスがオペレーターに近接して位置していないと決定することに応答して、電子デバイスの機能性の少なくとも一部を可能にし、電子デバイスが車両のオペレーターに近接して位置していることに応答して、もし禁止条件が存在しなければ、電子デバイスを可能にするステップと、
を含む方法。 - 電子デバイスの機能性の少なくと一部が不能にされる制約ゾーンと、電子デバイスの機能性の少なくとも一部が可能にされる安全ゾーンを規定するステップを更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 電子デバイスが安全ドッキングステーション中に留まる限り電子デバイスの機能性の少なくとも一部を可能にするための制約ゾーン内の安全ドッキングステーションを規定するステップを更に含む、請求項2記載の方法。
- 安全ドッキングステーションを規定するステップは更に、安全ドッキングステーションを規定するためと、電子デバイスが安全ドッキングステーションに近接して留まる限り電子デバイスの機能性の少なくとも一部を可能にするための安全ドッキングステーションに近接した電子デバイスの存在を検出するための無線近接センサーを車両内に配置することとして規定される、請求項3記載の方法。
- 安全ドッキングステーションを規定するステップは更に、電子デバイスが安全ドッキングステーション中に留まる限り電子デバイスのハンズフリー通話機能を可能にするための制約ゾーン内の安全ドッキングステーションを規定することとして規定される、請求項3記載の方法。
- 電子デバイスが車両内に位置しているかどうか決定するステップは更に、電子デバイスが車両内に位置しており車両のオペレーターに近接しているかどうかを車両内に位置する画像センサーを使って決定することとして規定される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 電子デバイスが車両内に位置しているかどうか決定するステップは更に、電子デバイスが車両内に位置しており車両のオペレーターに近接しているかどうかを車両内に位置する指向性センサーを使って決定することとして規定される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 電子デバイスが車両内に位置しており車両のオペレーターに近接しているかどうかをセンサーを使って決定するステップは更に、電子デバイスが車両内に位置しており車両のオペレーターに近接しているかどうかを車両内の複数のアンテナと車両内の電子デバイスの位置を決定するための三角測量を使って決定することとして規定される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 電子デバイスが車両内に位置しているかどうか決定するステップは更に、電子デバイスが車両内に位置しており車両のオペレーターに近接しているかどうかを車両の外側に位置しネットワーク接続を通して車両と通信している指向性センサーを使って決定することとして規定される、請求項1記載の方法。
- ネットワーク接続は、インターネット、LAN、WANまたは衛星ネットワーク接続の1つである、請求項9記載の方法。

電子デバイスが車両のオペレーター座席に近接して位置していることに応答し、更に決定された禁止条件に応答して、電子デバイス上の送信機を不能にすることと、
電子デバイスが制約ゾーン中に位置していないと決定することに応答して、電子デバイス上の送信機を可能にし、電子デバイスが車両のオペレーター座席に近接して位置していることに応答して、もし禁止条件が制約が必要であることを指し示していなければ、送信機を可能にすることと、
を含む方法。 - 電子デバイス上の送信機を不能にすることは更に、決定された制約条件が制約が必要であることを指し示していることに応答して送信機を不能にすることを含む、請求項13記載の方法。
