Abstract
Description
本出願は、2010年11月15日に出願された米国仮出願番号61/413,546に基づく優先権を主張するものであり、本明細書において、その内容全体が参照により組み入れられる。
本発明は、生物組織に係る適用のための接着剤に関連する。
感圧性接着剤は、指または手の圧力を適用することによって、さまざまな表面に接着する粘着性の材料である。それらは概して、残留物を残すことなく滑らかな表面から取り除かれうる。
以下:
(a) 平均すると少なくとも2つの官能基を有する、イソシアネート基含有成分と、
(b) 平均すると少なくとも2つの官能基を有する、活性水素基含有成分と
の反応生成物を含む組成物を記載する。本組成物は生分解性であり、22℃以下では固体であり、かつ、37℃かつ相対湿度100%では感圧性接着特性を有する。
(a)平均すると少なくとも2つの官能基を有する、イソシアネート基含有成分と、
(b)平均すると少なくとも2つの官能基を有する、活性水素基含有成分と
を反応させることによって調製されうる。いくつかの態様では、反応は多段階で行われうる。第一段階では、イソシアネート基含有成分を、少なくとも2つの官能基を有する第一の活性水素基含有反応物と反応させ、未反応イソシアネート基を有するウレタン反応生成物を形成する。その後、このウレタン反応生成物を、第二の活性水素基含有反応物と反応させる。
本発明の組成物は、
(a)平均すると少なくとも2つの官能基を有する、イソシアネート基含有成分と、
(b)平均すると少なくとも2つの官能基を有する、活性水素基含有成分と
の反応生成物を含む。本発明の組成物は生分解性であり、22℃以下では固体であり、37℃かつ相対湿度100%では感圧性接着特性を有する。
トリメチロールプロパンと、プロピレングリコールまたはポリカプロラクトンのいずれかとを、リジンジイソシアネートと反応させた。[OH]/[NCO]比は0.577〜0.754の範囲であり、より高い値は、より高い分子量材料をもたらした。得られたウレタンオリゴマーは未反応のイソシアネート基を有しており、その後、低分子量の活性水素基含有反応物(2-メチルプロパノール、エタノールアミン、または、N,N-ジメチルエタノールアミン)と反応させて残りのイソシアネート基を「エンドキャップ」し、感圧性接着性組成物を作成した。
感圧性接着特性を有する組成物を、二段階反応で調製した。第一段階の反応における、NCO基のOH基に対する比は、1.30であった。平均PCl分子量は、約640であった。第一段階反応の後に存在するフリーのイソシアネート基のうち、約32%が第二段階においてDMEAでキャップされており、21%が2-MPでキャップされていた。第二段階後に得られた生成物は、従って、いくらかのフリーのイソシアネート基を含んでいた。
組成物の特性は、制御された手法で変えることができる。例えば、OH:NCO比を1.2〜1.6の間で変えると、低い値の時は、弾性が高いものの軟化温度が高い組成物が産生され、高い値の時は、低温での粘着性が高いまま弾性の減少した組成物が産生された。
Claims (27)
- (a)平均すると少なくとも2つの官能基を有する、イソシアネート基含有成分と、
(b)平均すると少なくとも2つの官能基を有する、活性水素基含有成分と
の反応生成物を含む組成物であって、生分解性であり、22℃以下では固体であり、かつ、37℃かつ相対湿度100%では感圧性接着特性を有する、組成物。 - 活性水素基に対するイソシアネート基の比が約1:1である、請求項1記載の組成物。
- イソシアネート基含有成分が、リジンジイソシアネート及びその誘導体、リジントリイソシアネート及びその誘導体、ならびにそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分が一官能性活性水素基含有反応物を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分が、ヒドロキシル基含有反応物、アミン基含有反応物、チオール基含有反応物、カルボン酸基含有反応物、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分がヒドロキシル基含有反応物を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分が二官能性水素基含有反応物を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分が、一官能性水素基含有反応物及び二官能性水素基含有反応物を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分が、三官能性水素基含有反応物を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分が、一官能性水素基含有反応物及び三官能性水素基含有反応物を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分が、二官能性水素基含有反応物及び三官能性水素基含有反応物を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分が、一官能性水素基含有反応物、二官能性水素基含有反応物、及び三官能性水素基含有反応物を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分が、ポリエステルポリオール、ポリエーテルポリオール、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分が、C3〜C10炭化水素のヒドロキシアルキル誘導体を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分がトリメチロールプロパンを含む、請求項14記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分がヒドロキシアルキルアミンを含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分がトリエタノールアミンを含む、請求項16記載の組成物。
- 活性水素基含有成分が、グリセロールまたはそのアルコキシル化誘導体を含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 触媒をさらに含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 反応生成物が、本質的に粘着性のウレタンポリマーである、請求項1の組成物。
- 粘着剤をさらに含む、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 粘着剤が、アビエチン酸、ショ糖安息香酸エステル、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項21記載の組成物。
- 生分解性であり、22℃以下では固体であり、かつ、37℃かつ相対湿度100%では感圧性接着特性を有する組成物を形成するために、
(a)平均すると少なくとも2つの官能基を有する、イソシアネート基含有成分と、
(b)平均すると少なくとも2つの官能基を有する、活性水素基含有成分と
を反応させる工程を含む、組成物を作成する方法。 - (i)イソシアネート基含有成分を、少なくとも2つの官能基を有する第一の活性水素基含有反応物と反応させ、未反応イソシアネート基を有するウレタン反応生成物を形成する工程;及び
(ii)該ウレタン反応生成物を、第二の活性水素基含有反応物と反応させる工程
を含む、請求項23記載の方法。 - 第二の活性水素基含有反応物が、一官能性活性水素基含有反応物を含む、請求項24記載の方法。
- (a)請求項1記載の組成物をポリマーメッシュまたはフィルムに塗布し、感圧性接着剤付メッシュまたはフィルムを形成する工程;及び
(b)該感圧性接着剤付メッシュまたはフィルムを、該組成物を介して生物組織に接着させる工程
を含む、ポリマーメッシュまたはフィルムを生物組織に接着させる方法。 - (a)請求項1記載の組成物を生物組織に適用する工程;及び
(b)ポリマーメッシュまたはフィルムを、該組成物を介して生物組織に接着させる工程
を含む、ポリマーメッシュまたはフィルムを生物組織に接着させる方法。
