Abstract
Description
まず、図1〜図3を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る被覆電線の端末部100の構造について説明する。図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る被覆電線の端末構造におけるモールド樹脂を仮想線で示す被覆電線の端末部の斜視図である。図2は図1のA−A’断面図であり、図3は端末部を構成する接続端子を示す斜視図である。
次に、図5〜図7を参照して、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る被覆電線の端末部100の構造について説明する。図5は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る被覆電線の端末構造におけるモールド樹脂を仮想線で示す被覆電線の端末部の斜視図である。図6は図5のB−B’断面図であり、図7はモールド樹脂120の製造工程を示す断面図である。

Claims (2)
- 被覆電線の先端を含む端末部分と、
この端末部分に圧着される圧着部分を有する接続端子と、
前記被覆電線の端末部分及び前記接続端子の圧着部分を覆う吸湿反応型のモールド樹脂とを有する被覆電線の端末構造において、
前記圧着部分は前記被覆電線の先端に圧着される導体圧着部を有し、
前記導体圧着部及び前記被覆電線の先端を覆う前記モールド樹脂の第1部分と、前記接続端子の前記被覆電線の先端よりも先端側の部分を覆う前記モールド樹脂の第2部分との間に第1の段差が形成され、
前記第2部分の前記第1の段差の近傍に第1の凹部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする被覆電線の端末構造。 - 前記圧着部分は前記被覆電線の被覆材に圧着される被覆材圧着部を有し、
前記被覆材圧着部を覆う前記モールド樹脂の第3部分と、前記モールド樹脂の第1部分との間に第2の段差が形成され、
前記第1部分の前記第2の段差の近傍に第2の凹部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の被覆電線の端末構造。
