Description
図1〜図3は本発明の一実施形態を示す。図1に示すように、接続端子1は、相手端子(図示せず)が接続される端子接続部2と、電線Wが接続された電線接続部10と、端子接続部2と電線接続部10の間を連結する首部20とを備えている。端子接続部2、電線接続部10及び首部20は、導電性金属板である銅合金製の所定形状の板を折り曲げることによって形成される。
図4には、防食材溜め部15Aの第1変形例が示されている。第1変形例の防食材溜め部15Aは、底面壁11に設けられた凹部によって形成されている。半田25が溶融状態の際に、端子接続部2側に流れ出ようとすると、表面張力によって防食材溜め部15Aの上方に溜められ、端子接続部2側への流出が阻止される。

Claims (1)
- 相手端子が接続される端子接続部と、前記端子接続部に連結され、電線が接続された電線接続部とを備え、前記電線接続部の箇所で、前記電線まで浸水の可能性がある箇所が防食材によって被覆された接続端子であって、
前記電線接続部の前記端子接続部側には、防食材溜め部が設けられており、
前記防食材溜め部は、前記電線接続部の加締め片の前記端子接続部側の先端箇所で形成され、前記電線の端面を覆う被覆部と前記被覆部の下端から前記端子接続部側に向かって配置された底壁部によりL字状に形成されたことを特徴とする接続端子。
