Abstract
【解決手段】相手端子が接続される端子接続部2と、一対の加締め片13を有し、一対の加締め片13で電線Wの露出された導体30と絶縁外皮31が加締め固定された電線接続部10とを備え、電線接続部10より露出された電線Wの箇所及び一対の加締め片13の互いの先端面同士が突き合わされた位置の隙間が半田25によって被覆された接続端子1であって、一対の加締め片13の互いの先端面同士が突き合わされた位置に防食材溜め部14が設けられた。

Description
図1〜図5は本発明の一実施形態を示す。図1〜図5に示すように、接続端子1は、相手端子(図示せず)が接続される端子接続部2と、電線Wが接続された電線接続部10と、端子接続部2と電線接続部10の間を連結する首部20とを備えている。端子接続部2、電線接続部10及び首部20は、導電性金属板である銅合金製の所定形状の板を折り曲げることによって形成される。
前記実施形態では、防食材溜め部14は、少なくとも電線Wの絶縁外皮31が加締め固定される位置に対応する範囲に設定されているが、導体加締め部13aが凹部16を形成しないような加締めを行う場合には、一対の加締め片13の互いに突き合わされる先端面の全範囲に設定する。

Claims (3)
- 相手端子が接続される端子接続部と、一対の加締め片を有し、一対の前記加締め片で電線の露出された導体と絶縁外皮が加締め固定された電線接続部とを備え、前記電線接続部より露出された前記電線の箇所及び一対の前記加締め片の互いの先端面同士が突き合わされた位置の隙間が防食材によって被覆された接続端子であって、
一対の前記加締め片の互いの先端面同士が突き合わされた位置で、且つ、前記絶縁外皮を加締める箇所に防食材溜め部が設けられたことを特徴とする接続端子。 - 請求項1記載の接続端子であって、
前記防食材溜め部は、前記電線の露出された導体が加締め固定される位置に対応する範囲に少なくとも設けられたことを特徴とする接続端子。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の接続端子であって、
一対の加締め片は、前記電線の露出された導体と前記導体の外周を被う絶縁外皮とを共に加締めると共に、前記防食材は、半田であることを特徴とする接続端子。
