Abstract
【解決手段】亜鉛系めっき鋼帯を連続的に溶接してウエブおよびフランジを形成した軽量H形鋼であって、前記ウエブおよび前記フランジの溶接部が、15質量%以上のアルミニウムを含有する亜鉛主体の金属溶射層で被覆されている、溶接軽量H形鋼。

Claims (8)
- 亜鉛系めっき鋼帯を連続的に溶接してウエブおよびフランジを形成した溶接軽量H形鋼であって、
前記ウエブおよび前記フランジの溶接部が、15質量%以上のアルミニウムを含有する亜鉛主体の金属溶射層で被覆されている、溶接軽量H形鋼。 - 前記溶接部が溶接ビードを残したままのものである、請求項1に記載の溶接軽量H形鋼。
- 亜鉛系めっき鋼帯を連続的に溶接してウエブおよびフランジを形成した後、前記ウエブおよび前記フランジの溶接部表面に、アーク溶射によって20質量%以上のアルミニウムを含有する亜鉛主体の金属溶射層を形成する溶接軽量H形鋼の製造方法であって、
前記アーク溶射が、アルミニウムを主成分とする溶射金属と、亜鉛を主成分とする溶射金属とを用いて行われる、溶接軽量H形鋼の製造方法。 - 亜鉛系めっき鋼帯を連続的に溶接してウエブおよびフランジを形成した後、前記ウエブおよび前記フランジの溶接部を80〜350℃の温度範囲に予熱し、該溶接部表面に、アーク溶射によって15質量%以上20質量%未満のアルミニウムを含有する亜鉛主体の金属溶射層を形成する溶接軽量H形鋼の製造方法であって、
前記アーク溶射が、アルミニウムを主成分とする溶射金属と、亜鉛を主成分とする溶射金属とを用いて行われる、溶接軽量H形鋼の製造方法。 - 前記アーク溶射が、溶接ビードを残したままの溶接部表面に金属溶射層を形成するものである、請求項3または4に記載の溶接軽量H形鋼の製造方法。
- 前記アーク溶射の前に、ショットブラストを実施する、請求項3から5までのいずれかに記載の溶接軽量H形鋼の製造方法。
- 前記ショットブラストが、粒度番号が100番以上の投射材を用いる、請求項6に記載の溶接軽量H形鋼の製造方法。
- 前記ショットブラストが、アルミナ製投射材を用いる、請求項6または7に記載の溶接軽量H形鋼の製造方法。
