Abstract
Description
一般式xBi2O3−yZnO−(z−a)Nb2O5−aV2O5で表され、
前記一般式中のx、y、zおよびaがそれぞれ、
2.90≦x≦3.10
1.90≦y≦2.10
1.90≦z≦2.10
0.0005≦a≦0.020
を満足することを特徴とする。
また、焼結温度とは、誘電体磁器組成物が焼結する際の温度のことである。
また、焼成とは、焼結を目的とした加熱処理を意味し、焼成温度とは、加熱処理の際に誘電体磁器組成物が曝される雰囲気の温度を示す。
次に、本実施形態の誘電体磁器の製造方法の一例について説明する。
まず、原料粉体としてBi2O3、ZnO、Nb2O5およびV2O5を準備した。これらの原料を、一般式xBi2O3−yZnO−(z−a)Nb2O5−aV2O5において、焼成後の組成比が、xが3.00、yおよびzが2.00であって、aがそれぞれ表1に示す値となるように秤量して、純水を加えてボールミルにて16時間湿式混合し、乾燥した。
焼成条件は、保持温度:表1に示すように840〜930℃の温度、保持時間:1時間、大気雰囲気とした。
比誘電率εr
焼結体を、直径10.0×高さ5.0mmの円柱状に加工し、日本工業規格「マイクロ波用ファインセラミックスの誘電特性の試験方法」(JIS R 1627 1996年度)に従って測定した。結果を表1に示す。評価基準は75以上を良好とした。
比誘電率の測定条件と同条件下で、Q値を算出し、これに共振周波数frを掛けて、Qf値を求めた。Qf値は、高い方が好ましい。評価基準は、3000GHz以上を良好とした。結果を表1に示す。
抗折強度σ(単位:MPa)は、日本工業規格「ファインセラミックスの室温曲げ強さ試験方法」(JIS R 1601 2008年度)に従って、3点曲げ試験により算出した。結果を表1に示す。評価基準として、試料ごとに試験片を10本作製し、その平均値が250MPa以上を良好とした。
誘電体磁器の平均結晶粒径の測定方法としては、まず、得られた焼結体を研磨した。そして、その研磨面にケミカルエッチングまたはサーマルエッチングを施し、その後、走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)により観察を行い、コード法により誘電体粒子の形状を球と仮定して算出した。結果を表1に示す。評価基準は、1.0μm以下を良好とした。
誘電体磁器組成物の50%粒子径(D50)を、表2に示すように変化させた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法にて、焼結体を作製し(試料13および14)、実施例1と同様の方法にて抗折強度と平均結晶粒径の評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。

- 一般式xBi2O3−yZnO−(z−a)Nb2O5−aV2O5で表される誘電体磁器組成物において、
前記一般式中のx、y、zおよびaがそれぞれ、
2.90≦x≦3.10
1.90≦y≦2.10
1.90≦z≦2.10
0.0005≦a≦0.020
を満足する誘電体磁器組成物。 - 50%粒子径(D50)が、0.4〜0.8μmである請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載の誘電体磁器組成物からなることを特徴とする誘電体磁器。
- 焼成後の平均結晶粒径dが、0.5〜1.0μmである請求項3に記載の誘電体磁器。
- 請求項3または4のいずれかに記載の誘電体磁器を用いた電子部品。
- 請求項5に記載の電子部品を用いた通信機器。
