Abstract
【解決手段】複数の締付あご(6)における閉じ止め板(12)の側の端部には、外向き歯切部(7)の後端から前方へと傾斜して延びるくず送り出し面(11)が設けられる。また、穿孔くずを排出するように、複数の締付あご(6)の後端のくず送り出し面(11)に、それぞれ、くず排出開口(14)が割り当てられて配置されている。くず送り出し面(11)と、これに対応する輪郭(16)を有する閉じ止め板(12)の内面(下面)との間に、くず送り出し経路(17)が形成され、穿孔時の遠心力により、穿孔くずが送り出される。

Claims (8)
- 後端部にスピンドル受入部(3)を備えるチャック駆幹体(2)と、
締付面及び外向き歯切部(7)を備え、チャック駆幹体(2)内における、チャック軸(5)に対して斜めに延びる案内通路(4)中をズレ動き可能に案内される複数の締付あご(6)と、
締付あご(6)の外向き歯切部(7)に噛み合うネジ切部(8)を備え、締付あご(6)の位置・姿勢を、開放の位置・姿勢と締付の位置・姿勢との間でシフトさせるべく、チャック駆幹体(2)に沿って回転可能に案内されたネジ切リング(9)と、
ネジ切リング(9)を操作するべく、チャック駆幹体(2)を外周側から包み込む締付スリーブ(10)と、
後端部に配置され、くず排出開口(14)が備えられた閉じ止め板(12)とを備えるドリルチャックにおいて、
複数の締付あご(6)における閉じ止め板(12)の側の端部には、外向き歯切部(7)の後端から前方へと傾斜して延びるくず送り出し面(11)が設けられており、
穿孔くずを排出するように、複数の締付あご(6)のくず送り出し面(11)に、それぞれ、くず排出開口(14)が割り当てられて配置されていることを特徴とするドリルチャック。 - くず送り出し面(11)が平坦面(18)からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリルチャック。
- くず送り出し面(11)が湾曲面(13)からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリルチャック。
- チャック軸(5)に沿った断面において、前記平坦面(18)、または、前記湾曲面(13)の両端をつなぐ弦状の線が、チャック軸(5)の垂線に対してなす角度αが、2°〜15°の範囲内から選ばれるか、または5°であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のドリルチャック。
- 複数の締付あご(6)の後端部には、外向き歯切部(7)の側に、それぞれくず送り出し突起(15)が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のドリルチャック。
- くず排出開口(14)が、閉じ止め板(12)を、半径方向または軸方向に貫いていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のドリルチャック。
- くず送り出し経路(17)を形成すべく、閉じ止め板(12)の内面は、締付あご(6)の後端部に面した領域内にて、くず送り出し面(11)に対応する輪郭(16)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のドリルチャック。
- くず排出開口(14)が設けられた周方向領域内にて、閉じ止め板(12)には、スピンドル受入部(3)の部分を囲む箇所の外周側に、案内面(19)が備えられ、この案内面(19)は、案内通路(4)と同一の方向に延びるとともに案内通路(4)の壁面に連続することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のドリルチャック。
