Abstract
【解決手段】 遊星歯車機構14のピニオンシャフト18の軸端には中空部18a内に連通する開放口25aが形成され、入力軸11の軸線Lから開放口25aの径方向外端までの距離Raは軸線Lから中空部18aの径方向外端までの距離Rbよりも小さいので、ピニオンシャフト18の中空部18aにおける軸線Lから遠い位置に遠心力で径方向外側に付勢されたオイルを溜めるオイル溜26を構成し、そのオイル溜26に必要最小限のオイルを保持してピニオン20の潤滑を確実に行うことができる。しかも余剰のオイルをオイル溜26から開放口25を介して外部に排出することができるので、中空部18a内に溜まった過剰なオイルに作用する遠心力でオイルキャッチャ24等が損傷するのを未然に防止することができる。

Claims (5)
- 軸線(L)まわりに回転する遊星歯車機構(14)のキャリヤ(17)にピニオン(20)を回転自在に支持するピニオンシャフト(18)の内部に中空部(18a)を形成し、前記遊星歯車機構(14)の径方向中央部から径方向外向きに供給されるオイルを、前記キャリヤ(17)に支持した環状のオイルキャッチャ(24)で捕捉して前記中空部(18a)内に案内し、前記中空部(18a)内から前記ピニオンシャフト(18)を径方向に貫通する油孔(18e)を介して前記ピニオン(20)の内周面に供給するピニオンの潤滑構造であって、
前記ピニオンシャフト(18)の軸端には前記中空部(18a)内に連通する開放口(25)が形成され、前記軸線(L)から前記開放口(25)の径方向外端までの距離(Ra)は前記軸線(L)から前記中空部(18a)の径方向外端までの距離(Rb)よりも小さいことを特徴とするピニオンの潤滑構造。 - 前記オイルキャッチャ(24)は前記ピニオンシャフト(18)の軸端に形成した開口部(18c)内に挿入されるパイプ状のオイル案内部(24b)を備え、前記開放口(25)は前記開口部(18c)の内周および前記オイル案内部(24b)の外周間に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のピニオンの潤滑構造。
- 前記オイルキャッチャ(24)の外周部に前記開放口(25)の一部を覆う突起部(24d)を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のピニオンの潤滑構造。
- 前記ピニオンシャフト(18)の軸端から前記中空部(18a)内にプラグ(23)を圧入し、前記オイルキャッチャ(24)は前記ピニオンシャフト(18)の軸端から前記プラグ(23)の中心に形成した開口部(23a)内に挿入されるパイプ状のオイル案内部(24b)を備え、前記開放口(25)は前記開口部(23a)の内周および前記オイル案内部(24b)の外周間に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のピニオンの潤滑構造。
- 前記オイルキャッチャ(24)は前記ピニオンシャフト(18)の軸端に形成した開口部(18c)内に挿入されるパイプ状のオイル案内部(24b)を備え、前記開放口(25)は前記開口部(18c)が形成される前記ピニオンシャフト(18)の端壁(18b)を貫通する貫通孔(18f)で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のピニオンの潤滑構造。
