Abstract
【解決手段】油圧に応じてトルク容量が変化する無段変速機と、油圧に応じてトルク容量が変化する係合装置とが直列に連結され、定常走行時に前記油圧の元圧が定常圧となるように構成された車両の油圧制御装置において、前記係合装置の係合圧を指示する指示パターンを複数備え、前記元圧が定常圧よりも低い低圧状態における元圧の変化状態と前記無段変速機の回転数との少なくともいずれかに応じて前記係合装置のトルク容量が無段変速機のトルク容量を超えないように前記係合圧の指示パターンを選択する選択手段(ステップS1)を備えている。

Claims (8)
- 油圧に応じてトルク容量が変化する無段変速機と、油圧に応じてトルク容量が変化する係合装置とが直列に連結され、定常走行時に前記油圧の元圧が定常圧となるように構成された車両の油圧制御装置において、
前記係合装置の係合圧を指示する指示パターンを複数備え、前記元圧が定常圧よりも低い低圧状態における元圧の変化状態と前記無段変速機の回転数との少なくともいずれかに応じて前記係合装置のトルク容量が無段変速機のトルク容量を超えないように前記係合圧の指示パターンを選択する選択手段を備えていることを特徴とする車両の油圧制御装置。 - 前記選択手段は、前記係合装置の入力側の回転部材と出力側の回転部材との差回転数に応じて前記指示パターンを選択する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の油圧制御装置。
- 前記選択手段は、制動要求および走行路面の勾配に応じて前記指示パターンを選択する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両の油圧制御装置。
- 駆動力を出力する駆動力源と、該駆動力源に連結され前記係合装置に駆動力を出力する流体伝動装置を更に備え、
前記元圧が定常圧となったときに、前記流体伝動装置の出力回転数が低下することによって前記係合装置が係合し始めたと判断する判断手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の車両の油圧制御装置。 - 前記判断手段によって前記係合装置が係合し始めたと判断されたときに、前記係合装置の係合圧を連続的に増大させるスイープ制御手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両の油圧制御装置。
- 前記係合装置は、入力軸の回転方向と出力軸の回転方向とを反転させることができる前後進切替機構に設けられたクラッチおよびブレーキを含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の車両の油圧制御装置。
- 走行する動力によって駆動してオイルを吐出するように構成された機械式オイルポンプを更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の車両の油圧制御装置。
- 電動機によって駆動してオイルを吐出するとともに、前記機械式オイルポンプより容量が小さい電動オイルポンプを更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両の制御装置。
