Claims (10)
- 油圧に応じてトルク容量が変化する無段変速機と、前記無段変速機と直列に連結され、油圧に応じてトルク容量が変化する係合装置とを備えた車両の油圧制御装置において、
前記油圧の元圧が前記車両の定常走行中に設定される定常圧よりも低圧の場合に、前記係合装置の係合圧を設定するための複数の指示パターンを選択するように構成された選択手段を備え、
前記選択手段は、前記元圧が定常圧よりも低い状態における前記元圧の変化状態と、前記無段変速機の回転数との少なくともいずれかに応じて前記係合装置のトルク容量が前記無段変速機のトルク容量を超えないように前記指示パターンを選択することを特徴とする車両の油圧制御装置。 - 前記選択手段は、前記係合装置の入力側の回転部材の回転数と出力側の回転部材の回転数との差に応じて前記指示パターンを選択する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の油圧制御装置。
- 前記選択手段は、制動要求および路面の勾配に応じて前記指示パターンを選択する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両の油圧制御装置。
- 駆動力を出力する駆動力源と、該駆動力源に連結され前記係合装置に駆動力を出力する流体伝動装置を更に備え、
前記元圧のレベルが定常圧まで増大させられた状態で、前記流体伝動装置の出力回転数が低下したことに基づいて前記係合装置が係合し始めたと判断する判断手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の車両の油圧制御装置。 - 前記判断手段によって前記係合装置が係合し始めたと判断された場合、前記係合装置の係合圧を連続的に増大させるスイープ制御手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両の油圧制御装置。
- 前記係合装置は、入力軸の回転方向と出力軸の回転方向とを反転させることができる前後進切替機構に設けられたクラッチおよびブレーキを含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の車両の油圧制御装置。
- 走行する動力によって駆動され、オイルを吐出するように構成された機械式オイルポンプを更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の車両の油圧制御装置。
- 電動機によって駆動され、オイルを吐出するように構成されるとともに、前記機械式オイルポンプより容量が小さい電動オイルポンプを更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両の油圧制御装置。
- 前記機械式オイルポンプから吐出されたオイルが流動する油路の油圧を調圧するレギュレータバルブを更に備え、
前記元圧は、前記レギュレータバルブにより前記油路の油圧レベルが所定のレベルに調圧された油圧を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両の油圧制御装置。 - 前記油路の油圧が高く、前記レギュレータバルブによって前記油路から排出されたオイルが、前記係合装置および前記無段変速機に要求される油圧よりも要求される油圧レベルが低圧の低圧供給部に排出されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の車両の油圧制御装置。
