Abstract

【課題】豆腐を均一な大きさで切ること。
【解決手段】市場で売られている一般的な豆腐を丁度いい大きさに切れるよう、あらかじめ決められたサイズでカットするために配置されたステンレスワイヤーを豆腐に当て付けて、本体をスライドさせるか豆腐自体を押し付けて切る。

Description

豆腐を均一な大きさで切ること。
市場で売られている一般的な豆腐を丁度いい大きさに切れるよう、あらかじめ決められたサイズでカットするために配置されたステンレスワイヤーを豆腐に当て付けて、本体をスライドさせるか豆腐自体を押し付けて切る。
本発明の三面それぞれ異なる大きさで切るれよう配置されたステンレスワイヤーにより幾通りの豆腐の大きさや厚みを作り出すことができ、調理の幅が広がり手間もかからず便利になる。

  1. 豆腐横に切るためのステンレスワイヤー間隔幅のインチ数1cm〜3cmまでを請求する。
  2. 3面それぞれのステンレスワイヤーの間隔幅1.5cm 2cm 2.5cm を請求する。
  3. ステンレスワイヤーの長さ14.2cmまでを請求する。
  4. ステンレスワイヤーの太さ0.02mm〜0.04mmを請求する。
  5. 豆腐をカットするための方式を請求する。
