Description
本発明の第2の形態は、三面のステンレスワイヤーの間隔幅がそれぞれ
1.5cm、2cm及び2.5cmである。
本発明の第3の形態は、ステンレスワイヤーの長さが14.2cm以下である。
本発明の第4の形態は、ステンレスワイヤーの太さが0.02mm〜0.04mmである。
本発明の第5の形態は、市場で売られている一般的な豆腐を丁度いい大きさに切れるよう、あらかじめ決められたサイズでカットするために配置されたステンレスワイヤーを豆腐に当て付けて、本体をスライドさせるか、豆腐自体を押し付けて切る方法である。
図2で説明する各部の数字は図1中の数字に対応する。
(1) 柱の幅は各面0.8cmとする。
(2) 柱の全体のステンレスの薄さは0.2cmとする。
(3) ステンレスワイヤーの太さは0.03mmとする。
ステンレスワイヤーの長さは14.2cmとする。 ステ ンレスワイヤーの総本数は21本とする。
(4) 上部の外郭3面の高さは0.8cmとする。
(5) 上部の淵の厚みは0.5cmとする。
(6) 背面皿の高さは15cm、幅は15.8cmとする。
(7) 背面皿の逆流防止淵の厚みは1.5cmとする。
(8) 手持ち部分の間隔幅は3cmとする。
(9) 手持ち部分のステンレスパイプの長さは11cmとする。
(10) 手持ち部分のステンレスパイプの太さは1cmとする。
(11) 背面皿のスロープ部位の長さは0.5cmとする。
(12) 目盛りを備えている。
図3は、標準サイズの豆腐、縦13.2cm×横5.6cmを1.5cm間隔、2cm間隔または2.5cm間隔で切断した様子および背面皿に豆腐を収容する様子を示している。

Claims (5)
- 豆腐カット用ケースを6面体とし、前記6面体の一面を開放面とし、開放面の対面に手持ち部分を有し、残りの面のうち一面を板で塞ぎ、他の三面には豆腐を横に異なる大きさで切るためのステンレスワイヤーを間隔幅1cm〜3cmで柱間に等間隔で張設することを特徴とする豆腐カット用ケース。
- 前記三面のステンレスワイヤーの間隔幅がそれぞれ1.5cm、2cm及び2.5cmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の豆腐カット用ケース。
- 前記ステンレスワイヤーの長さが14.2cm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の豆腐カット用ケース。
- 前記ステンレスワイヤーの太さが0.02mm〜0.04mmであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一つに記載の豆腐カット用ケース。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一つの豆腐カット用ケースにおいて、豆腐を前記ステンレスワイヤーに当て付けて、豆腐カット用ケース本体をスライドさせるか、又は、豆腐自体を押し付けて切ることを特徴とする豆腐切断方法。
