Abstract
【解決手段】ゴムからなる帯状のシール基板42の一側部の両面に第1戻り止め突条44および第2戻り止め突条45を設ける。シール基板42の一側部を外輪1の内径面に形成されたシール溝3に嵌合し、その嵌合時に、シール溝3の側面3a、3bに第1戻り止め突条44および第2戻り止め突条45を弾性接触させて抜け止めし、取付けの安定化を図る。

Claims (9)
- ゴムからなる断面矩形の帯板状シール基板を有し、そのシール基板の一側部を外方軌道輪の内径面または内方軌道輪の外径面に形成されたシール溝内に嵌合しつつ、そのシール溝に沿って円環状に成形して、外方軌道輪と内方軌道輪の対向部間に形成される軸受空間をシールする軸受シールにおいて、
前記シール基板の前記シール溝に嵌合される嵌合部位の両側面のうち、少なくとも軸受空間の開口端側に位置する外側面にシール溝への嵌合によってそのシール溝の側面に先端部が弾性接触する複数の戻り止め突条をシール基板の幅方向に間隔をおいて設けたことを特徴とする軸受シール。 - 前記戻り止め突条が、シール溝への嵌合によってそのシール溝の側面に対する接触により先端部が後方に倒れるよう弾性変形してシール溝の側面に先端部が弾性接触する環状のリップからなる請求項1に記載の軸受シール。
- 前記戻り止め突条が、シール溝への嵌合によってそのシール溝の側面に対する接触により軸方向に弾性変形する断面円弧状または断面角形の環状の突出部からなる請求項1に記載の軸受シール。
- 前記複数の戻り止め突条の自然状態での高さが、嵌合方向後側の戻り止め突条に至るに従って順次高くなるようにされた請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受シール。
- 前記シール基板の軌道輪に対する装着状態での外側面に、軌道輪の周面に対する当接によってシール溝に対する嵌合深さを規制する径方向の位置決め突条を設けた請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受シール。
- 前記径方向の位置決め突条に径方向に貫通して前記シール溝の開口端部内に連通する接着剤供給孔を設けた請求項5に記載の軸受シール。
- 前記シール基板の軌道輪に対する装着状態での内側面に、前記シール溝の内側面に接触してシール基板を軸方向に位置決めする軸方向の位置決め突条を設けた請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の軸受シール。
- 外方軌道輪と、その外方軌道輪の内側に組み込まれた内方軌道輪と、前記外方軌道輪と内方軌道輪の対向部間に組み込まれた転動体とを有し、前記外方軌道輪の内径面端部または内方軌道輪の外径面端部にシール溝を設け、そのシール溝にゴムからなる帯状の軸受シールの一側部を端部から順次嵌合しつつシール溝に沿って円環状に成形して、外方軌道輪と内方軌道輪の対向部間に形成された軸受空間の開口部をシールするシール付き転がり軸受において、
前記軸受シールが請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項の軸受シールからなることを特徴とするシール付き転がり軸受。 - 前記シール溝の軸方向で対向する一対の側面の少なくとも一方を、開口部の幅寸法が奥側の幅寸法より小さくなるよう傾斜する傾斜面とした請求項8に記載のシール付き転がり軸受。
