Abstract
【解決手段】シール6のゴム8で形成された環状基部8aの側方部位に、周方向へ延びる周溝9を切欠き部として形成することにより、環状基部8aが固定溝5a、5bへ嵌め込まれるときに小さな力で弾性変形するようにし、固定溝5a、5bへの締め代を減らすことなく、シール6の環状基部8aを固定溝5a、5bへ容易に嵌め込むことができるようにした。

Claims (2)
- 内輪と軌道溝の片側にカウンタ部が設けられた外輪との間の軸受空間を、芯金と弾性部材で形成されたシールで密封し、これらのシールを、前記外輪の内径面のカウンタ部側とその反対側の反カウンタ部側とに設けた固定溝に、前記弾性部材で形成された環状の基部を嵌め込んで固定した密封型アンギュラ玉軸受において、前記弾性部材で形成された環状基部の外径面を除く部位に、前記固定溝への嵌め込み力を低減する切欠き部を設けたことを特徴とする密封型アンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記切欠き部を前記環状基部の側方部位で周方向へ延びる周溝とした請求項1に記載の密封型アンギュラ玉軸受。
