Abstract
【解決手段】この転がり軸受によれば、シール部40のスリンガ41は、円環部45に連なる第2筒部43の第2筒部対向周面43Aは、圧入前の状態において、径方向の位置が内輪10の周面14に当接する第1筒部対向周面42Aよりも円環部45に近い。これにより、スリンガ41の第1円筒部42を内輪10の周面14に圧入したときに、第1筒部対向周面42Aが内輪10の周面14を押圧するが、第2円筒部対向周面43Aは内輪10の周面14を押圧しなくなる。よって、圧入時にスリンガ41の円環部45の径方向の大きい剛性の影響で内輪10を変形させることがない。

Description
上記第1軌道面に径方向に対向する第2軌道面を有する第2軌道部材と、
上記第1軌道面と上記第2軌道面との間に転動可能に配設される複数の転動体と、
上記一方の周面に圧入される金属部材からなる密封部材とを備え、
上記密封部材は、
上記一方の周面に当接する第1筒部対向面を含む第1筒部と、
上記第1筒部に連なると共に上記一方の周面に対向する第2筒部対向面を含む第2筒部と、
上記第2筒部から径方向に離れるように延在する円環部と、
上記第2筒部と上記円環部とを連結する屈曲部とを有し、
上記密封部材を上記一方の周面に圧入する前の状態において、
上記第2筒部対向面の径方向の位置が、上記第1筒部対向面の径方向の位置よりも上記円環部に近いことを特徴としている。

Claims (3)
- 内周面と外周面とを有すると共に上記内周面または外周面の一方の周面が第1軌道面を有する第1軌道部材と、
上記第1軌道面に径方向に対向する第2軌道面を有する第2軌道部材と、
上記第1軌道面と上記第2軌道面との間に転動可能に配設される複数の転動体と、
上記一方の周面に圧入される金属部材からなる密封部材とを備え、
上記密封部材は、
上記一方の周面に当接する第1筒部対向面を含む第1筒部と、
上記第1筒部に連なると共に上記一方の周面に対向する第2筒部対向面を含む第2筒部と、
上記第2筒部から径方向に離れるように延在する円環部と、
上記第2筒部と上記円環部とを連結する屈曲部とを有し、
上記密封部材を上記一方の周面に圧入する前の状態において、
上記第2筒部対向面の径方向の位置が、上記第1筒部対向面の径方向の位置よりも上記円環部に近いことを特徴とする転がり軸受。 - 請求項1に記載の転がり軸受において、
上記第1筒部対向面と上記第2筒部対向面とは段差を介してつながっていることを特徴とする転がり軸受。 - 請求項2に記載の転がり軸受において、
上記密封部材を上記一方の周面に圧入した後の状態において、上記第2筒部対向面は、上記一方の周面に対して非接触であることを特徴とする転がり軸受。
