る旋回軸受のシール取付構造を示す断面図、第６

第６図のシールの取り付け状態を示す一部断面説
明図である。 ２３…内輪、２４…外輪、２５…シール、２５
′…挿入部、３０…接着剤、３１…溝、３２…空

Claims (1)
- 旋回軸受の内輪の外周面側および、外輪の内周
面側に環状の溝を形成し、その溝に接着剤を塗布
した状態で環状のシールを嵌め込み固着させた建
設機械における旋回軸受のシール取付構造におい
て、前記溝に嵌め込まれるシールの挿入部の形状
を、溝の幅より大きく形成し、かつ、その内壁部
には環状の空洞を形成し、その空洞内を外部に連
通させる通気路を内壁部に設け、シールの挿入部
を空洞内側に弾性変形させて前記溝に嵌め込ませ
たことを特徴とする建設機械における旋回軸受の
シール取付構造。
