Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明におけるFe基軟磁性粉末は、粉末表面での水酸基密度が、20(at%・g/cm2)以上100(at%・g/cm2)以下の範囲内であることを特徴とする。水酸基密度は、{O濃度×(Metal−OH比率)}/SAで示される。式中のMetal−OH比率は、粉末表面でのO濃度に対する水酸基の比率を示し、O濃度(at%)及びMetal−OH比率(%)は、XPSにより測定された分析結果であり、SAは粉末表面の比表面積(m2/g)を示す。

Description
ところで圧粉磁心はコアロスの低減等を図るべく電気抵抗率が高いことが望まれる。
以下の数式2にて示される粉末表面での水酸基密度が、20(at%・g/cm2)以上100(at%・g/cm2)以下の範囲内であることを特徴とするものである。
{O濃度×(Metal−OH比率)}/SA
図1に示すFe基軟磁性粉末1は、例えば、水アトマイズ法を用いて作製した非晶質軟磁性粉末である。本発明におけるFe基軟磁性粉末1は、例えば、組成式が、Fe100−a−b−c−x−y−z−tNiaSnbCrcPxCyBzSitで示され、0at%≦a≦10at%、0at%≦b≦3at%、0at%≦c≦6at%、6.8at%≦x≦10.8at%、2.0at%≦y≦9.8at%、0at%≦z≦8.0at%、0at%≦t≦5.0at%である。
ここで粉末表面1aでの水酸基密度を以下の数式3で表すこととした。

また比表面積SAについては、BET1点法で測定した。
各圧粉磁心の電気抵抗及び透磁率は表1に示されている。
図11及び表1に示すように、実施例1〜7は、比較例に比べてO濃度が低くなった。

Claims (10)
- 以下の数式1にて示される粉末表面での水酸基密度が、20(at%・g/cm2)以上100(at%・g/cm2)以下の範囲内であることを特徴とするFe基軟磁性粉末。

{O濃度×(Metal−OH比率)}/SA
(式中のMetal−OH比率は、粉末表面でのO濃度に対する水酸基の比率を示し、O濃度(at%)及びMetal−OH比率(%)は、XPSにより測定された分析結果であり、SAは粉末表面の比表面積(m2/g)を示す) - 前記水酸基密度が、28(at%・g/cm2)以上96(at%・g/cm2)以下の範囲内である請求項1記載のFe基軟磁性粉末。
- 平均粒径(D50)が、10μm以上12.5μm以下である請求項1又は2に記載のFe基軟磁性粉末。
- 赤外線吸収法によるO濃度が、0.2wt%以下である請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のFe基軟磁性粉末。
- 前記Fe基軟磁性粉末は、Fe100−a−b−c−x−y−z−tNiaSnbCrcPxCyBzSitで示され、0at%≦a≦10at%、0at%≦b≦3at%、0at%≦c≦6at%、6.8at%≦x≦10.8at%、2.0at%≦y≦9.8at%、0at%≦z≦8.0at%、0at%≦t≦5.0at%である請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のFe基軟磁性粉末。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載された多数のFe基軟磁性粉末をバインダー樹脂により結着してなることを特徴とする複合磁性粉末。
- 前記バインダー樹脂は、極性をもつ官能基を有する請求項6記載の複合磁性粉末。
- 前記官能基は、水酸基である請求項7記載の複合磁性粉末。
- 前記バインダー樹脂は、アクリル樹脂である請求項6ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の複合磁性粉末。
- 請求項6ないし9のいずれか1項に記載された前記複合磁性粉末を圧縮成型して得られることを特徴とする圧粉磁心。
