Claims (19)
- リチウム化合物を含むコアと、
前記コアの表面に配置され、複数のナノシートから構成されたナノコーティング層と
を含むリチウムイオン電池用電極粉末。 - 前記各複数のナノシートの厚さが、100nmよりも小さい請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極粉末。
- 前記各複数のナノシートが、薄片状の表面を有し、前記薄片状の表面と前記コアの前記表面の間の夾角が、0度〜180度の間である請求項1または2に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極粉末。
- 前記薄片状の表面の面積が、1μm2よりも小さい請求項3に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極粉末。
- 前記各複数のナノシートは、前記各薄片状の表面と前記コアの前記表面の間の夾角が同じ角度で前記コアの前記表面に規則的に配置された請求項3または4に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極粉末。
- 前記各複数のナノシートは、前記各薄片状の表面と前記コアの前記表面の間の夾角が異なる角度で前記コアの前記表面に不規則に配置された請求項3または4に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極粉末。
- 前記ナノシートの材料が、金属化合物を含む請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極粉末。
- 前記金属化合物が、含水金属酸化物を含む請求項7に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極粉末。
- 前記金属化合物が、Al、Zn、Sn、Si、Mg、V、Zr、Ti、Niおよびその組み合わせより選択される金属元素を含む請求項7または8に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極粉末。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極粉末で作られたリチウムイオン電池用電極板。
- 電極板と、
前記電極板の表面に配置され、複数のナノシートから構成されたナノコーティング層と
を含むリチウムイオン電池用電極板。 - 前記各複数のナノシートの厚さが、100nmよりも小さい請求項11に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極板。
- 前記各複数のナノシートが、薄片状の表面を有し、前記薄片状の表面と前記電極板の前記表面の間の夾角が、0度〜180度の間である請求項11または12に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極板。
- 前記薄片状の表面の面積が、1μm2よりも小さい請求項13に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極粉末。
- 前記各複数のナノシートは、前記各薄片状の表面と前記電極板の前記表面の間の夾角が同じ角度で前記電極板の前記表面に規則的に配置された請求項13または14に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極板。
- 前記各複数のナノシートは、前記各薄片状の表面と前記電極板の前記表面の間の夾角が異なる角度で前記電極板の前記表面に不規則に配置された請求項13または14に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極板。
- 前記ナノシートの材料が、金属化合物を含む請求項11〜16のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極板。
- 前記金属化合物が、含水金属酸化物を含む請求項17に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極板。
- 前記金属化合物が、Al、Zn、Sn、Si、Mg、V、Zr、Ti、Niおよびその組み合わせより選択される金属元素を含む請求項17または18に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極板。
