Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による誘電体組成物は、ABO3で表現されるコア用の第1のペロブスカイト粉末1と、上記第1のペロブスカイト粉末100重量部に対して、上記第1のペロブスカイト粉末の平均粒径の1/3〜1/10のサイズを有するABO3で表現されるシェル用の第2のペロブスカイト粉末2 1〜70重量部と、を含み、上記第2のペロブスカイト粉末は気孔を含み、前記気孔の体積分率が3〜50vol%である。前記誘電体組成物は、誘電特性及び電気的特性に優れた誘電体組成物である。前記第1のペロブスカイト粉末1 100重量部に対して前記第2のペロブスカイト粉末2 1〜70重量部とを混合して混合物とする段階と、前記混合物を焼成する段階とを含む誘電体組成物の製造方法。

Description
ABO3で表現されるコア用の第1のペロブスカイト粉末は平均粒径を200nmに調節して製造し、ABO3で表現されるシェル用の第2のペロブスカイト粉末は平均粒径をそれぞれ10、20、50及び80nmにして製造した。
平均粒径が200nmのペロブスカイト粉末のみを含む誘電体組成物を製造したことを除いては、上記実施例と同一に誘電体組成物を製造した。
2 第2のペロブスカイト粉末
Claims (14)
- ABO3で表現されるコア用の第1のペロブスカイト粉末と、
前記第1のペロブスカイト粉末100重量部に対して、前記第1のペロブスカイト粉末の平均粒径の1/3〜1/10のサイズを有するABO3で表現されるシェル用の第2のペロブスカイト粉末1〜70重量部と、
を含み、
前記第2のペロブスカイト粉末は気孔を含み、前記気孔の体積分率が3〜50vol%である、誘電体組成物。 - 前記Aは、バリウム(Ba)、ストロンチウム(Sr)、鉛(Pb)及びカルシウム(Ca)からなる群から選択された一つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の誘電体組成物。
- 前記Bは、チタニウム(Ti)及びジルコニウム(Zr)からなる群から選択された一つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の誘電体組成物。
- 前記ペロブスカイト粉末は、BaTiO3、BaTixZr1−xO3、BaxY1−xTiO3、BaxDy1−xTiO3及びBaxHo1−xTiO3(0<x<1)からなる群から選択された一つである、請求項1に記載の誘電体組成物。
- 前記第1のペロブスカイト粉末に含まれる気孔の頻度数は、200nmのサイズの粒子を基準として5個未満である、請求項1に記載の誘電体組成物。
- 前記第2のペロブスカイト粉末に含まれる気孔の頻度数は、10〜80nmのサイズの粒子を基準として20個〜300個である、請求項1に記載の誘電体組成物。
- ABO3で表現されるコア用の第1のペロブスカイト粉末と、前記第1のペロブスカイト粉末100重量部に対して、前記第1のペロブスカイト粉末の平均粒径の1/3〜1/10のサイズを有するABO3で表現されるシェル用の第2のペロブスカイト粉末1〜70重量部と、添加剤とを混合して混合物を製造する段階と、
前記混合物を焼成する段階と、
を含む、誘電体組成物の製造方法。 - 前記ペロブスカイト粉末は、BaTiO3、BaTixZr1−xO3、BaxY1−xTiO3、BaxDy1−xTiO3及びBaxHo1−xTiO3(0<x<1)からなる群から選択された一つである、請求項7に記載の誘電体組成物の製造方法。
- 前記Aは、バリウム(Ba)、ストロンチウム(Sr)、鉛(Pb)及びカルシウム(Ca)からなる群から選択された一つ以上を含む、請求項7に記載の誘電体組成物の製造方法。
- 前記Bは、チタニウム(Ti)及びジルコニウム(Zr)からなる群から選択された一つ以上を含む、請求項7に記載の誘電体組成物の製造方法。
- 前記第2のペロブスカイト粉末は気孔を含み、前記気孔の体積分率が3〜50vol%である、請求項7に記載の誘電体組成物の製造方法。
- 前記第1のペロブスカイト粉末に含まれる気孔の頻度数は、200nmのサイズの粒子を基準として5個未満である、請求項7に記載の誘電体組成物の製造方法。
- 前記第2のペロブスカイト粉末に含まれる気孔の頻度数は、10〜80nmのサイズの粒子を基準として20個〜300個である、請求項7に記載の誘電体組成物の製造方法。
- 前記混合物を焼成する段階は還元雰囲気で行われる、請求項7に記載の誘電体組成物の製造方法。
