Abstract
【解決手段】(A)水と、(B)分散染料と、(C)分散樹脂と、(D)下記式(1)で表される化合物又はHLBが15以上で下記式(2)で表される化合物の少なくとも1種とを含み、前記(C)の含有質量に対する前記(D)の含有質量の比率が、4%以上50%以下であることを特徴とするインク。RO(CH2CH2O)mSO3 −M+・・・(1)RO(CH2CH2O)mH・・・(2)(式(1)、式(2)中、Rは炭素数が8以上20以下のアルキル基またはアルケニル基、式(1)、式(2)中、mは2以上50以下の整数、式(1)中、M+はアルカリ金属イオン、アンモニウムイオンを表す。)

Description
料を含む材料の凝集体としての異物が発生するという問題が発生し易かったが、本発明においては、このような問題の発生を確実に防止することができる。すなわち、本発明によれば、分散染料を用いることの利点を発揮させつつ、上記のような問題の発生を防止することができる。
シウムクロライド、5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンカルシウムクロライド、2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンカルシウムクロライド等が挙げられる。その他の防腐防黴剤としては、デヒドロ酢酸ナトリウム、ソルビン酸ナトリウム、安息香酸ナトリウム等が挙げられる。

交差する方向(上下方向Z)の長さよりも液受面116と沿う方向の長さのほうが長くなっている。このため、連結部125は液受面116に載置された際に、該液受面116との接触面積が大きくなり、液受面116上に安定して載置されている。
の注入に伴って気泡が入り込むことがある。そして、気泡が第2インク室152に侵入したり、溶け込んだ気体が第2インク室152で気泡になったりすると、気泡は上方へ移動し、横斜リブ部158a〜158dに到達する。この点、本実施形態では、横斜リブ部158a〜158dは、前後方向Yに対して交差しているため、気泡は傾斜した横斜リブ部158a〜158dに沿って移動して液面へ誘導される。 また、第2インク室152のインクは、流路開口(図示せず)から導出流路138を流動して導出口から導出される。

Claims (10)
- (A)水と、(B)分散染料と、(C)分散樹脂と、(D)下記式(1)で表される化合物又はHLBが15以上で下記式(2)で表される化合物の少なくとも1種とを含み、 前記(C)の含有質量に対する前記(D)の含有質量の比率が、4%以上50%以下であることを特徴とするインク。 RO(CH2CH2O)mSO3 −M+ ・・・ (1) RO(CH2CH2O)mH ・・・ (2)(式(1)、式(2)中、Rは炭素数が8以上20以下のアルキル基またはアルケニル基、式(1)、式(2)中、mは2以上50以下の整数、式(1)中、M+はアルカリ金属イオン、アンモニウムイオンを表す。)
- 前記(C)の含有質量に対する前記(D)の含有質量の比率が、10%以上30%以下である請求項1に記載のインク。
- 前記(D)の含有率が0.1質量%以上1.0質量%以下である請求項1または2に記載のインク。
- 前記(B)の含有質量に対する前記(C)の含有質量の比率が、30%以上70%以下である請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のインク。
- 前記(C)が、スチレン−アクリル共重合体を含むものである請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のインク。
- 前記(B)の含有率が、1.0質量%以上10質量%以下である請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のインク。
- 前記Rは、オレイル基またはラウリル基である請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のインク。
- 前記式(2)中のM+は、アンモニア、メチルアミン、エチルアミン、モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミンまたはトリエタノールアミンによるアンモニウムイオンである請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載のインク。
- 再充填可能なインク収容容器を備えた液滴吐出装置に適用されるものである請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のインク。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のインクを用いて製造されたものであることを特徴とする染色物。
