Abstract
【解決手段】ブースタシェル1の後壁に設けられる軸受筒12に,ブースタピストン5に連結した弁筒10の外周面を摺動自在に支承する弾性材製の軸受ブッシュ9を装着し,この軸受ブッシュ9の内周面には潤滑グリースgを保持するグリース溜まり35を設け,またこの軸受ブッシュ9の後端には,それよりも肉厚を薄くして弁筒10の外周面に弾性的に密接するシールリップ13を一体に連設してなる負圧ブースタにおいて,シールリップ13の内周面に,グリース溜まり35に連続的に連通してグリース溜まり35と共通の潤滑グリースgを保持する延長グリース溜まり35′を設けた。

Claims (3)
- ブースタシェル(1)に,その内部を負圧源(V)に連なる前側の負圧室(2)と後側の作動室(3)とに区画するブースタピストン(4)を収容し,このブースタピストン(4)に,入力杆(20)と,この入力杆(20)の前後動に応じて作動室(3)を負圧室(2)と大気とに連通切換えする制御弁(38)とを内部に配設する弁筒(10)を連接し,ブースタシェル(1)の後壁に設けられる軸受筒(12)には,前記弁筒(10)の外周面を摺動自在に支承する弾性材製の軸受ブッシュ(9)を装着し,この軸受ブッシュ(9)の内周面には潤滑グリース(g)を保持するグリース溜まり(35)を設け,またこの軸受ブッシュ(9)の後端には,それよりも肉厚を薄くして前記弁筒(10)の外周面に弾性的に密接するシールリップ(13)を一体に連設してなる負圧ブースタにおいて,
シールリップ(13)の内周面に,前記グリース溜まり(35)に連続的に連通して前記グリース溜まり(35)と共通の潤滑グリース(g)を保持する延長グリース溜まり(35′)を設けたことを特徴とする負圧ブースタ。 - 請求項1記載の負圧ブースタにおいて,
前記グリース溜まり(35)及び延長グリース溜まり(35′)として,軸受ブッシュ(9)の前端手前から始まってシールリップ(13)の後端手前で終るよう軸受ブッシュ(9)及びシールリップ(13)の軸方向に連続して延びるグリース溝(35a)を軸受ブッシュ(9)及びシールリップ(13)の周方向に複数条配列したことを特徴とする負圧ブースタ。 - 請求項1又は2記載の負圧ブースタにおいて,
前記延長グリース溜まり(35′)を,その底部が前記シールリップ(13)の先端に向かった浅くなるように形成したことを特徴とする負圧ブースタ。
