【解決手段】エンジン7からの排出ガスを処理する排気処理装置29をエンジン7の上方に配備した作業車の排気処理装置接続構造において、エンジン7に装備したエキゾーストマニホールド41の排気部41Aに接続する排気処理装置29の吸気管40を、排気処理装置29から斜め下方に延出する上側管部40Aと、上側管部40Aの延出端から排気部41Aに向けて上側管部40Aよりも大きい俯角で延出する下側管部40Bとを備える屈曲状態に形成した。

Description
前記エンジンに装備したエキゾーストマニホールドの排気部に接続する前記排気処理装置の吸気管を、前記排気処理装置から斜め下方に延出する上側管部と、前記上側管部の延出端から前記排気部に向けて前記上側管部よりも大きい俯角で延出する下側管部とを備える屈曲状態に形成した。
前記吸気管に備えたフランジと前記排気部に備えたフランジとの接合面を排気処理装置側に傾斜させ、かつ、前記下側管部を前記接合面に直交する俯角で傾斜させた。
前記吸気管を、前記下側管部に蛇腹部分を備えるように構成した。
前記排気処理装置に連続再生式のディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを備えた。

Claims (4)
- エンジンからの排出ガスを処理する排気処理装置を前記エンジンの上方に配備した作業車の排気処理装置接続構造において、
前記エンジンに装備したエキゾーストマニホールドの排気部に接続する前記排気処理装置の吸気管を、前記排気処理装置から斜め下方に延出する上側管部と、前記上側管部の延出端から前記排気部に向けて前記上側管部よりも大きい俯角で延出する下側管部とを備える屈曲状態に形成した作業車の排気処理装置接続構造。 - 前記吸気管に備えたフランジと前記排気部に備えたフランジとの接合面を排気処理装置側に傾斜させ、かつ、前記下側管部を前記接合面に直交する俯角で傾斜させた請求項1に記載の作業車の排気処理装置接続構造。
- 前記吸気管を、前記下側管部に蛇腹部分を備えるように構成した請求項1又は2に記載の作業車の排気処理装置接続構造。
- 前記排気処理装置に連続再生式のディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを備えた請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の作業車の排気処理装置接続構造。
