Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態では、加速ペダルセンサで発生する作動信号を感知する段階、現在のギヤ段から目標のギヤ段に設定した変速区間で設定した変速を行う段階、前記作動信号の変化速度を感知する段階、前記変化速度により変速中に解放油圧信号が一定値に調節される段階、前記変化速度により変速が完了する前に結合油圧信号の増加勾配を調節する段階、および前記変化速度により変速が完了する前に解放油圧信号の減少勾配を調節する段階を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 加速ペダルセンサで発生する作動信号を感知する段階、
現在のギヤ段から目標のギヤ段に設定した変速区間で設定した変速を行う段階、
前記作動信号の変化速度を感知する段階、
前記変化速度により変速中に解放油圧信号が一定に維持される一定値を調節する段階、
前記変化速度により変速が完了する前に結合油圧信号の増加の傾きを調節する段階、および
前記変化速度により変速が完了する前に解放油圧信号の減少の傾きを調節する段階、を含むことを特徴とする変速機の制御方法。 - 前記変化速度が基準値を超える場合、前記一定値を下降させ、前記変化速度が基準値以下である場合、前記一定値を上昇させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機の制御方法。
- 前記変化速度が基準値を超える場合、変速が完了する前に結合油圧信号の増加の傾きを険しく増加させ、
前記変化速度が基準値以下である場合、変速が完了する前に結合油圧信号の増加の傾きを緩慢に減少させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機の制御方法。 - 前記変化速度が基準値を超える場合、変速が完了する前に解放油圧信号の減少の傾きを険しく増加させ、
前記変化速度が基準値以下である場合、変速が完了する前に解放油圧信号の減少の傾きを緩慢に減少させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機の制御方法。 - 前記変化速度の基準値は、250%/sであることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の変速機の制御方法。
- 前記設定した変速を行う段階で、前記設定した変速はキックダウン変速であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機の制御方法。
- 変速が完了する前に、
前記結合油圧信号が増加する時点および解放油圧信号が減少する時点は、同期が完了してタービンの回転数が目標速度に到達した時点であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機の制御方法。 - 前記変化速度により変速区間でエンジンの出力トルクを可変的に低減させる段階、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機の制御方法。
- 前記変化速度が基準値を超える場合、前記出力トルクの低減値を減少させ、
前記変化速度が基準値以下である場合、前記出力トルクの低減値を増加させることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の変速機の制御方法。 - 前記変化速度により変速区間の長さを調節する段階、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機の制御方法。
- 前記変化速度が基準値を超える場合、前記変速区間の長さを減少させ、
前記変化速度が基準値以下である場合、変速区間の長さを増加させることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の変速機の制御方法。 - 回転力を発生するエンジン、
前記エンジンから入力される回転力を増減して出力する変速機、および
前記変速機に入力される入力速度と出力される出力速度の比を制御する制御部、を含み、
前記制御部は、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法を行うことを特徴とする変速システム。
