Claims (6)
- 자동변속기가 구비된 차량의 주행 중 킥다운 변속 요구 시, 요구토크상승율이 기준상승율 이상인지 제어부를 통해 판단하는 상승율판단단계;
상기 요구토크상승율이 상기 기준상승율 이상인 경우, 상기 제어부는 요구토크 충족을 위한 구동토크 상승 중 자동변속기 해방측 클러치의 해방을 지시하는 해방지시단계; 및
상기 해방지시단계 이후 상기 해방측 클러치의 해방이 수행됨에 따른 상기 자동변속기의 입력축 회전속도 상승 시, 상기 제어부가 상기 해방측 클러치의 해방과정 중 결합측 클러치의 결합이 수행되도록 제어하는 결합단계;를 포함하고,
상기 해방지시단계 이후 상기 제어부는 상기 해방측 클러치의 제어목표압이 기준감소율을 이루며 감소하도록 제어함으로써, 상기 해방측 클러치의 해방 초기 제어안정성을 확보하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 자동변속기 제어방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 결합단계에서 상기 제어부는 상기 입력축 회전속도변화율이 기준범위 내에 속하도록 상기 결합측 클러치 또는 상기 해방측 클러치의 제어목표압을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 자동변속기 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 자동변속기는 차량의 구동력을 제공하기 위해 마련된 구동모터와 연결되고,
상기 결합단계 직후, 상기 제어부가 구동모터토크 제어를 통해 변속충격을 상쇄시키는 안정화단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 자동변속기 제어방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 안정화단계에서 상기 제어부는 변속충격에 의해 발생되는 차량의 가속도변화율을 상쇄시키도록 상기 구동모터토크를 증가 또는 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 자동변속기 제어방법. - 복수의 클러치를 구비하는 자동변속기; 및
주행 중 킥다운 변속 요구 시, 요구토크상승율이 기준상승율 이상인지 판단하고, 상기 요구토크상승율이 상기 기준상승율 이상인 경우 요구토크 충족을 위한 구동토크 상승 중 자동변속기 해방측 클러치의 해방을 지시하며, 상기 해방측 클러치의 해방이 수행됨에 따른 상기 자동변속기의 입력축 회전속도 상승 시, 상기 해방측 클러치의 해방과정 중 결합측 클러치의 결합이 수행되도록 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하고,
상기 해방측 클러치의 해방을 지시한 이후, 상기 제어부는 상기 해방측 클러치의 제어목표압이 기준감소율을 이루며 감소하도록 제어함으로써, 상기 해방측 클러치의 해방 초기 제어안정성을 확보하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 자동변속기 제어시스템.
