Abstract

Claims (13)
- 流体を使用者の体内に注入する、モータと1つまたは複数の駆動列構成要素とを具備する駆動機構を有する注入ポンプ中の閉塞を検出する方法であって、
一連の測定値を入手するために、注入流体の電流パルスを送達する間に前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連するパラメータを定期的に測定する段階と、
前記一連の測定値のピーク値を求める段階と、
前記ピーク値よりも後の前記一連の測定値の中で第2値を選択する段階と、
前記ピーク値、前記第2値、および閾値に基づいて閉塞が発生したかどうかを判定する段階とを含み、
第3値を入手するために、注入流体の前記パルスを前記送達する前に、前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連する前記パラメータを測定する段階をさらに含み、
前記ピーク値と前記第2値との間における第1差を計算する段階と、
前記第3値と前記ピーク値との間における第2差を計算する段階とをさらに含み、
閉塞が発生したかどうかを前記判定する段階は、前記第3値と前記ピーク値との間における前記第2差を、前記ピーク値と前記第2値との間における前記第1差と比較する段階を含み、
前記第3値と前記ピーク値との間における前記第2差を、前記ピーク値と前記第2値との間における前記第1差と前記比較する段階は、
前記ピーク値と前記第2値との間における前記第1差を、前記第3値と前記ピーク値との間における前記第2差の割合として計算する段階と、
前記割合が前記閾値を下回れば閉塞が発生したことを示す段階と
を含む方法。 - 前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連するパラメータを前記測定する段階は、注入流体の前記パルスを前記送達する間継続する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連する前記パラメータは、力である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記閾値は、前記注入ポンプに関して予め決定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記閾値は、注入流体の前記電流パルスを前記送達する前に、注入流体の少なくとも1つの先行するパルスを送達する間に前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連する前記パラメータの測定値に基づいて、動的に更新される、請求項1に記載の方法。
。 - 流体を貯槽から使用者の体内に注入する注入ポンプであって、
筐体と、
前記筐体内部に収容されたモータと、
前記筐体内部の前記モータに接続され、流体を前記貯槽から流体通路を介して前記使用者の体内に送達するために、前記モータに応答して移動するように構成された1つまたは複数の駆動列構成要素と、
一連の測定値を入手するために、注入流体の電流パルスを送達する間に前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連するパラメータを定期的に測定するように構成されたセンサと、
前記筐体に内蔵されて、前記一連の測定値のピーク値を求め、前記一連の測定値から前記ピーク値よりも後の第2値を選択し、かつ前記ピーク値、前記第2値、および閾値を使用して前記注入ポンプの前記流体通路中に閉塞が発生したかどうかを判定するプロセッサとを備え、
前記センサは、第3値を入手するために、注入流体の前記電流パルスを前記送達する前に、前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連する前記パラメータを測定するようにさらに構成され、
前記プロセッサは、
前記ピーク値と前記第2値との間の第1差を計算する段階と、
前記ピーク値と前記第3値との間の第2差を計算する段階と、
前記ピーク値と前記第2値との間の前記第1差を、前記ピーク値と前記第3値との間における第2差の割合として計算する段階と、
前記割合が前記閾値を下回れば閉塞が発生したことを示す段階と
によって閉塞が発生したかどうかを判定するように構成される注入ポンプ。 - 前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連する前記パラメータは、力である、請求項6に記載の注入ポンプ。
- 前記センサは、注入流体の前記パルスを前記送達する間に前記パラメータを継続的に測定するように構成される、請求項6に記載の注入ポンプ。
- 前記プロセッサは、注入流体の前記電流パルスを前記送達する前に、注入流体の少なくとも1つの先行するパルスを送達する間に前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連する前記パラメータの測定値に基づいて、前記閾値を動的に更新するようにさらに構成される、請求項6に記載の注入ポンプ。
- モータと1つまたは複数の駆動列構成要素とを具備する駆動機構を有する注入ポンプ中の閉塞を検出する閉塞検出システムであって、
一連の測定値を入手するために、注入流体の電流パルスを送達する間に前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連するパラメータを測定する手段と、
前記一連の測定値のピーク値を求める手段と、
前記ピーク値後の前記一連の測定値の中で第2値を選択する手段と、
前記ピーク値、前記第2値、および閾値を使用して閉塞が発生したかどうかを判定する手段とを備え、
前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連するパラメータを測定する前記手段は、第3値を入手するために、注入流体の前記電流パルスを前記送達する前に前記パラメータを測定するようにさらに構成され、
閉塞が発生したかどうかを判定する前記手段は、
前記ピーク値と前記第2値との間の第1差を計算し、
前記第3値と前記ピーク値との間の第2差を計算し、
前記ピーク値と前記第2値との間の前記第1差を、前記第3値と前記ピーク値との間における前記第2差の割合として計算し、
前記割合が前記閾値を下回れば閉塞が発生したことを示すように構成される
閉塞検出システム。 - 前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連する前記パラメータは、力である、請求項10に記載の閉塞検出システム。
- 前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連するパラメータを測定する前記手段は、注入流体の前記電流パルスを前記送達する間に前記パラメータを継続的に測定する、請求項10に記載の閉塞検出システム。
- 注入流体の前記電流パルスを前記送達する前に、注入流体の少なくとも1つの先行するパルスを送達する間に前記モータまたは前記駆動列構成要素の1つに関連する前記パラメータの測定値に基づいて、前記閾値を動的に更新する手段をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の閉塞検出システム。
