Abstract
【解決手段】移動車両Mが載置されたパレット2を水平移動して移動車両Mを格納スペースに格納する移動式駐車設備であって、移動車両Mの底面に設けられた受電コイルJに符合する部位が磁界透過性であるパレット2と、磁界透過性の部位に対峙するように格納スペースに設けられ、受電コイルJに非接触給電を行う給電コイル3と、パレット2の下面2bに設けられ、パレット2の移動に伴って給電コイル3の上面3aに接触あるいは一定の間隔をあけて異物に係合することによって給電コイル3の上面3aに存在する異物を除去する異物除去部4とを具備する。

〔第1実施形態〕
初めに第1実施形態について説明する。本第1実施形態に係る機械式駐車場(移動式駐車設備)は、図1及び図2に示すように、車両格納棚1、パレット2、給電コイル3、異物除去部4、異物収容部5及び異物近接防止部6によって構成されている。
本機械式駐車場に移動車両Mを駐車させる場合、当該移動車両Mは、例えば運転手による運転によって、予め入庫口として規定されている格納スペースS(例えば図1(b)の左下に位置する格納スペースS)のパレット2上に載置される。そして、管理者が、本機械式駐車場の操作装置(図示略)の入庫指示ボタンを操作することによって入庫指示を制御装置に入力する。この入庫に際して、管理者は、運転手から移動車両Mの蓄電池の充電要求を受け付けた場合には、入庫指示ボタンに加えて充電指示ボタンを操作することにより、充電指示を制御装置に入力する。
次に、第2実施形態に係る機械式駐車場について説明する。
本第2実施形態に係る機械式駐車場は、図5及び図6に示すように、第1実施形態に加えて第1の異物侵入防止壁7及び第2の異物侵入防止壁8を備えるものである。これら以外の構成要素については第1実施形態と同様である。よって、第2実施形態において第1実施形態と同様の構成要素については説明を省略する。なお、図6において、開口2a、第2の異物侵入防止壁8および異物除去部4と、給電コイル3、異物近接防止部6、異物収容部5および第1の異物侵入防止壁7との位置関係は図の見やすさのため簡略化して示しており、実際には図5に示すような位置関係になっている。
第2の異物侵入防止壁8は、パレット2の上面2cにおいて、パレット2の開口2aを取り囲み、移動車両の底面より低く設けられている。このような第2の異物侵入防止壁8は、パレット2の上面2cにおいて、開口2aを取り囲むことによって、移動車両Mの底部とパレット2との隙間から給電コイル3と受電コイルJとの間に異物が侵入することを防止するものである。
本機械式駐車場において、異物除去部4は、パレット2の前後左右の水平移動に伴って、給電コイル3の上面3aを摺動しながら水平移動する。この結果、異物除去部4は、給電コイル3の上面3aに沿って摺動して給電コイル3の上面3aに存在する異物を除去できる。
(1)上記第1実施形態において、異物除去部4は、開口2aを取り囲むように設けられているが、本発明はこれに限定されない。例えば、パレット2による水平移動が前後方向のみである場合には、図7(第1実施形態を例に示している)に示すように、異物除去部14を、パレット2の前後の移動方向における開口2aの手前と奥にそれぞれ設けるようにしてもよい。つまり、異物除去部14は、パレット2による水平移動における移動方向に応じて給電コイル3の上面3aを摺動可能な最低限必要な箇所に設けられていればよい。
(6)上記実施形態では、非接触給電する方法として磁界共鳴方式を採用したが、電磁誘導方式を採用するようにしてもよい。
(7)給電コイル3や受電コイルJはヘリカルコイルに限定されない。給電コイル3と受電コイルJの間で非接触給電が可能であればソレノイド状など任意の形式や形状のコイルでよく、また両コイルの形式、形状、大きさが異なってもよい。
Claims (5)
- 移動車両が載置されたパレットを水平移動して前記移動車両を格納スペースに格納する移動式駐車設備であって、
前記移動車両の底面に設けられた受電コイルに符合する部位が磁界透過性である前記パレットと、
前記磁界透過性の部位に対峙するように前記格納スペースに設けられ、前記受電コイルに非接触給電を行う給電コイルと、
前記パレットの下面に設けられ、前記パレットの移動に伴って前記給電コイルの上面に接触あるいは一定の間隔をあけて給電コイルの上面に存在する異物に係合することによって給電コイルの上面から異物を除去する異物除去部とを具備することを特徴とする移動式駐車設備。 - 前記給電コイルの周囲において、前記給電コイルの上面よりも低く設けられた異物収容部を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動式駐車設備。
- 磁界透過性であり、前記異物収容部と前記給電コイルとの間において、前記給電コイルの側面に密着すると共に前記給電コイルの上面と同じ高さとなるように設けられた異物近接防止部を具備することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の移動式駐車設備。
- 前記給電コイルの周囲において、前記異物除去部に相対する位置であると共に前記異物除去部の下端に接する高さとなるように設けられた異物侵入防止壁を具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の移動式駐車設備。
- 前記パレットの上面において、前記移動車両の底面より低く設けられた第2の異物侵入防止壁を具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の移動式駐車設備。
