Abstract
【解決手段】 伸側室Aと圧側室Bとを区画するピストン1と、ピストン1の圧側室側に積層されるリテーナ2と、ピストン1からリテーナ2にかけて貫通し入口が常に伸側室Aと連通する伸側流路3aと、リテーナ2の反ピストン側に積層されて伸側流路3aの出口を開閉可能に塞ぐ環板状のリーフバルブ4aと、ピストン1、リテーナ2及びリーフバルブ4aの軸心孔を貫通するピストンロッド5とを備える緩衝器Dのバルブ構造において、ピストンロッド5の外周に形成される第一外周溝5aと、この第一外周溝5aとリテーナ2との間に形成されてチョークとして機能する通路Tとを備え、通路Tの一方側が伸側流路3aと連通し、通路Tの他方側が圧側室Bと連通している。

Claims (5)
- 一方室と他方室とを区画するバルブディスクと、このバルブディスクの他方室側に積層されるリテーナと、上記バルブディスクから上記リテーナにかけて貫通し入口が常に上記一方室と連通する流路と、上記リテーナの反バルブディスク側に積層されて上記流路の出口を開閉可能に塞ぐ環板状のリーフバルブと、上記バルブディスク、上記リテーナ及び上記リーフバルブの軸心孔を貫通する軸部材とを備える緩衝器のバルブ構造において、
上記軸部材の外周に形成される第一外周溝と、この第一外周溝と上記リテーナとの間に形成されてチョークとして機能する通路とを備え、この通路の一方側が上記流路と連通し、上記通路の他方側が上記他方室と連通していることを特徴とする緩衝器のバルブ構造。 - 上記軸部材は、先端部に配置されて外周にナットが螺合する螺子部と、この螺子部の基端側に連なり外周に上記バルブディスク、上記リテーナ及び上記リーフバルブが取り付けられる取り付け部とを備えており、
上記取り付け部が上記バルブディスク及び上記リテーナの各合わせ面と対向する位置に配置される小径部を備え、この小径部と、上記バルブディスク及び上記リテーナとの間に上記通路と連通する環状の第一連通路が形成され、
上記バルブディスクと上記リテーナとの間に、径方向に沿って上記第一連通路及び上記流路と連通する第二連通路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器のバルブ構造。 - 上記第一外周溝が上記リーフバルブと対向する位置まで延び、上記第一外周溝と上記リーフバルブとの間に、上記通路を上記他方室に連通させる第三連通路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の緩衝器のバルブ構造。
- 上記螺子部の外周に第二外周溝が形成され、この第二外周溝と上記ナットとの間に上記通路を上記他方室に連通させる第五連通路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の緩衝器のバルブ構造。
- 上記リテーナは、小外径部と、この小外径部の反バルブディスク側に同軸に連なるとともに外径が上記小外径部の外径よりも大きく形成される大外径部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器のバルブ構造。
