Abstract

Claims (7)
- 空気入りタイヤであって、
一対のビードリングと、
前記一対のビードリング間に延在し、ボディコードプライ材料内に複数のボディコードを有するボディコードプライと、
前記ボディコードプライの内側に配置されたインナーライナーと、
前記ボディコードプライの外側に配置され、ベルト層材料内に複数のコードを有するベルト層と、
前記ボディコードプライの外側に配置され、サイドウォール材料から製造されている一対のサイドウォールと、
前記タイヤの少なくとも1つの物理的性質に関連したデータを与えるワイヤレス信号を与えるとともに、前記ボディコードプライ材料、前記ベルト層材料および前記サイドウォール材料のうちの少なくとも1つに埋設された複数のセンサとを具え、
前記複数のセンサはそれぞれ、カーボンブラックと同等以下の寸法を有することによって、閉塞となることを回避するのに十分な小さい寸法を有する、空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記複数のセンサは無作為に分布する、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記複数のセンサは前記タイヤ内で硬化される、請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記複数のセンサは、LCDセンサ、導電性ポリマーセンサ、バイオポリマーセンサおよびポリマーダイオードのうちの1つである請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記複数のセンサが、トレッド厚さの全体にわたって分布するトレッドをさらに具える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記複数のセンサのワイヤレス信号を計数して前記トレッドの摩耗量を測定する信号収集装置をさらに具える、請求項5に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記信号収集装置は、前記トレッドの特定の領域の前記センサを計数することによって、前記タイヤの特定の領域の摩耗量を測定する、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
