Claims (17)
- 2サイクル対向ピストン機関であって、ピストン制御排気ポートおよび吸気ポートを有する少なくとも1つのシリンダと、前記機関の少なくとも1つの吸気ポートに給気を提供する給気路と、前記機関の少なくとも1つの排気ポートから排気ガスを除去する排気路とを含み、前記シリンダの内部に流体連通する減圧ポートは、前記ピストンが、それぞれの上死点(TDC)位置に到達すると、前記シリンダから圧縮空気を放出するための前記排気路に連結される出力を含む機関。
- 減圧ポートが、前記シリンダの内部と連通する通路と、前記通路を閉鎖する閉鎖状態、および前記通路を前記出力と流体連通させる開放状態に設定可能な弁とを含む、請求項1に記載の2サイクル対向ピストン機関。
- 前記弁が、ポペット弁である請求項2に記載の2サイクル対向ピストン機関。
- 前記減圧ポートが、前記シリンダの内部と連通する通路と、前記排気路に連結される出力と、前記通路を閉鎖する閉鎖状態、および前記通路を前記出力と流体連通させる開放状態に設定可能な弁とを含む請求項1に記載の2サイクル対向ピストン機関。
- 前記弁が、ポペット弁である請求項4に記載の2サイクル対向ピストン機関。
- 2サイクル対向ピストン機関であって、ピストン制御排気ポートおよび吸気ポートを有する少なくとも1つのシリンダと、前記機関の少なくとも1つの吸気ポートに過給空気を提供する給気路と、前記機関の少なくとも1つの排気ポートから排気ガスを除去する排気路とを含み、前記シリンダの内部に流体連通する減圧ポートは、前記ピストンが、それぞれの上死点(TDC)位置に到達すると、前記シリンダから過給空気を放出するための前記排気路に連結される出力を含む機関。
- 前記減圧ポートが、前記シリンダの内部と連通する通路と、前記排気路に連結される出力と、前記通路を閉鎖する閉鎖状態、および通路を前記排気路に連結される出力と流体連通させる開放状態に設定可能な弁とを含む請求項6に記載の2サイクル対向ピストン機関。
- 前記弁が、ポペット弁である請求項7に記載の2サイクル対向ピストン機関。
- 2サイクル対向ピストン機関であって、ピストン制御排気ポートおよび吸気ポートを有する少なくとも1つのシリンダと、前記機関の少なくとも1つの吸気ポートに給気を提供する給気路と、前記機関の少なくとも1つの排気ポートから排気ガスを除去する排気路とを含み、前記シリンダの内部に流体連通する減圧ポートは、前記ポートが閉鎖され、前記ピストンがそれぞれの上死点(TDC)位置に到達すると、前記シリンダから圧縮空気を除去するための前記排気路に連結される出力を含む機関。
- 前記減圧ポートが、前記シリンダの内部と連通する通路と、前記通路を閉鎖する閉鎖状態、および前記通路を前記排気路に連結される前記出力と流体連通させる開放状態に設定可能な圧縮放出弁とを含む請求項9に記載の2サイクル対向ピストン機関。
- 前記排気路が、ターボチャージャを含み、前記減圧ポートの前記出力が、前記ターボチャージャの前記タービン入力と前記排気ポートとの間で前記排気路に連結される請求項10に記載の2サイクル対向ピストン機関。
- 前記排気路が、ターボチャージャを含み、前記減圧ポートの前記出力が、前記ターボチャージャの前記出力と共通して前記排気路に連結される請求項10に記載の2サイクル対向ピストン機関。
- 給気路に連通する入力と出力とを有するアキュムレータをさらに含み、バイパス弁が、前記出力を前記排気路と連通させる第1の状態、および前記出力を前記アキュムレータの入力と連通させる第2の状態に設定可能な請求項10に記載の2サイクル対向ピストン機関。
- 前記アキュムレータへの入力が、一方向逆止弁を含み、アキュムレータ放出弁が、前記アキュムレータ出力を給気路と連通させる第1の状態、および前記アキュムレータ出力を遮断する第2の状態に設定可能な請求項13に記載の2サイクル対向ピストン機関。
- 少なくとも1つのポートシリンダと、前記シリンダ内に対向配置される一対のピストンとを有する2サイクル対向ピストン機関の作動方法であって、吸気/圧縮行程中に前記対向ピストン間で圧縮される給気が、前記シリンダの吸気ポートおよび排気ポートの閉鎖後、前記機関を制動するために前記シリンダに対応付けられる減圧ポートを通じて前記シリンダから放出される方法。
- 少なくとも1つのポートシリンダと、請求項13に記載のシリンダ内に対向配置される一対のピストンとを有する2サイクル対向ピストン機関の作動方法であって、前記圧縮給気が、前記吸気/圧縮行程に続く次の動力/排気行程前に前記機関の排気路に放出される方法。
- 排気路と、少なくとも1つのポートシリンダと、前記シリンダ内に対向配置される一対のピストンとを有する2サイクル燃料噴射対向ピストン機関の制動方法であって、給気が、吸気/圧縮行程中に前記対向ピストン間において前記シリンダ内で圧縮され、前記吸気/圧縮行程中に前記ピストンが、上死点(TDC)位置近傍に到達すると、前記シリンダの長手方向中心近傍に位置する減圧ポートが開放されて圧縮空気を前記シリンダから放出して圧縮空気への燃料噴射を防止し、前記吸気/圧縮行程後の次の動力/排気行程の開始後に前記ピストンが下死点(BDC)位置に向かって移動すると、前記減圧ポートが閉鎖される方法。
