Description
Claims (20)
- それぞれ排熱回収装置の上流及び下流に接続されるようになっている第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する導管と;
開弁及び閉弁するように制御可能である、前記導管内の弁と;
前記弁を制御して第1の信号に呼応して開弁させると共に第2の信号に呼応して閉弁させるように構成される制御装置とを備える排熱回収装置バイパス機構。 - 前記排熱回収装置はエンジン排気管路上に配設される請求項1に記載の排熱回収装置バイパス機構。
- 前記排熱回収装置は排ガス再循環(EGR)管路上に配設される請求項1に記載の排熱回収装置バイパス機構。
- 前記排熱回収装置を通る流体流を制限するようになっていると共に前記制御装置により制御されて第3の信号に呼応して開弁し且つ第4の信号に呼応して閉弁する第2の弁を備える請求項1に記載の排熱回収装置バイパス機構。
- 前記第2の弁は前記排熱回収装置の上流に配設されるようになっている請求項4に記載の排熱回収装置バイパス機構。
- ディーゼルエンジンと;
前記エンジンに接続されると共に前記エンジンから排ガスを受けるように構成される第1の導管上の排熱回収装置と;
それぞれ前記排熱回収装置の上流及び下流において前記第1の導管に接続される第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第2の導管と、開弁及び閉弁するように制御可能である、前記第2の導管内の弁と、前記弁を制御して第1の信号に呼応して開弁させると共に第2の信号に呼応して閉弁させるように構成される制御装置とを備える排熱回収装置バイパス機構とを備えるディーゼルエンジン機構。 - 前記第1の導管はエンジン排気管路である請求項6に記載のディーゼルエンジン機構。
- 前記第1の導管は排ガス再循環(EGR)管路である請求項6に記載のディーゼルエンジン機構。
- 前記排熱回収装置を通る流体流を制限するようになっていると共に前記制御装置により制御されて第3の信号に呼応して開弁し且つ第4の信号に呼応して閉弁する第2の弁を備える請求項6に記載のディーゼルエンジン機構。
- 前記第2の弁は前記排熱回収装置の上流において前記第1の導管内に配設される請求項9に記載のディーゼルエンジン機構。
- 前記排熱回収装置の上流に配設されるターボ過給機のタービンを備える請求項6に記載のディーゼルエンジン機構。
- 前記第2の導管の前記第1の端部は前記タービンの上流において前記第1の導管に接続される請求項11に記載のディーゼルエンジン機構。
- 前記第2の導管の前記第1の端部は前記タービンの下流において前記第1の導管に接続される請求項11に記載のディーゼルエンジン機構。
- 前記排熱回収装置より下流において前記第1の導管内に温度センサを備え、前記温度センサは、前記第1の導管内の流体の温度が第1の温度を下回る時に前記第1の信号を発する請求項6に記載のディーゼルエンジン機構。
- 排熱回収装置が配設される第1の導管内のガスの温度を検出する段階と;
前記検出された温度が第1の温度を下回る場合に、前記排熱回収装置を迂回する段階とを含む、排熱回収装置を迂回する方法。 - 前記排熱回収装置の迂回を所定の時間後に終了する段階を含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記検出された温度が第2の温度を上回る場合に、前記排熱回収装置の迂回を終了する段階を含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記排熱回収装置の上流のターボ過給機のタービンを迂回する段階を含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- 第1の端部において前記排熱回収装置の上流で前記第1の導管に接続されると共に第2の端部において前記排熱回収装置の下流で前記第1の導管に接続される第2の導管内の弁を開弁させることにより前記排熱回収装置を迂回する段階を含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記排熱回収装置の上流の前記第1の導管内の弁を閉弁させることにより前記排熱回収装置を迂回する段階を含む請求項19に記載の方法。
