Description
Claims (15)
- 反対向きに配置された第1および第2の端部を有するとともに、前記第1の端部に隣接して、点火材料を収容する第1のチャンバを少なくとも部分的に形成し、かつ前記第2の端部に隣接して、ガス発生材料を収容する第2のチャンバを少なくとも部分的に形成するハウジングと、
前記第1のチャンバに作用可能に組み合わせられ、前記点火材料の少なくとも一部と反応を開始させる関係にて連動しており、作動時に前記点火材料の少なくとも一部の反応を開始させて点火生成物を形成させるイニシエータと、を備えるガス発生器であって、
前記第2のチャンバが、前記ガス発生材料の少なくとも一部が収容される少なくとも1つの容器を備え、該容器が、穴の開いた側壁と、反対向きに配置された第1および第2の端壁とを有しており、前記第1の端壁が、前記点火生成物の少なくとも一部を通過させて該容器に収容されたガス発生材料に接触させ、該ガス発生材料に点火して生成ガスを生じさせることができるよう、穴を有しかつ前記第1のチャンバに隣接して配置され、前記第2の端壁が、前記生成ガスの流れを当該ガス発生器から排出するために通過させることができるよう、穴を有しているガス発生器。 - 前記第2のチャンバが、複数の前記容器を含む請求項1に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの容器が、円筒形の筒を備える請求項1に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記第1のチャンバ内の前記点火材料が、錠剤の形態である請求項1に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの容器内の前記ガス発生材料が、ウエハの形態である請求項1に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの容器内の前記ガス発生材料が、複数のウエハを含んでいる請求項5に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの容器が、円筒形の筒であり、前記第1および前記第2の端壁の少なくとも一方が、前記円筒形の筒の該当の端部に取り付けられた有孔保持ディスクを備えている請求項5に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記有孔保持ディスクが、複数の変形可能な接合タブを備えており、該接合タブが、変形時に、該保持ディスクを前記円筒形の筒の該当の端部へと固定する請求項7に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記第1の端壁が、点火端保持板を少なくとも部分的に備えており、前記第2の端壁が、出力端保持板を少なくとも部分的に備えている請求項1に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記点火端保持板および前記出力端保持板の各々が、複数の変形可能な接合タブを備えており、前記点火端保持板の接合タブが、変形時に、該点火端保持板を前記ハウジングの前記第1の端部へと固定し、前記出力端保持板の接合タブが、変形時に、該出力端保持板を前記ハウジングの前記第2の端部へと固定する請求項9に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記点火端保持板および前記出力端保持板の各々が、前記少なくとも1つの容器の両端の各々に配置される有孔カップを備えている請求項9に記載のガス発生器。
- 消火の用途に合わせたサイズとされ、点火材料およびガス発生材料を1%以下の比(%)にて含んでいる請求項1に記載のガス発生器。
- 細長い長さと、反対向きに配置された第1および第2の端部とを有するとともに、前記第1の端部に隣接して、点火材料の錠剤を収容する第1のチャンバを少なくとも部分的に画定しており、かつ前記第2の端部に隣接して、ガス発生材料を収容する細長い第2のチャンバを少なくとも部分的に画定している囲まれたハウジングと、
前記第1のチャンバに作用可能に組み合わせられ、前記点火材料の錠剤の少なくとも一部と反応を開始させる関係にて連絡しており、作動時に前記点火材料の錠剤の少なくとも一部の反応を開始させて点火生成物を形成させるイニシエータと、を備え、
前記第2のチャンバが、少なくとも第1および第2のガス発生剤容器を少なくとも部分的に収容し、前記第1および前記第2のガス発生剤容器の各々が、
反対向きに配置された第1および第2の端壁を有する有孔の円筒形の筒を備え、前記第1および第2の端壁の間に複数のガス発生材料ウエハが配置され、
前記第1の端壁の各々が、それぞれの前記有孔の円筒形の筒の第1の端部に取り付けられ、前記点火生成物の少なくとも一部を通過させて該筒に収容されたガス発生材料に接触させ、該ガス発生材料に点火して生成ガスを生じさせることができるように前記第1のチャンバに隣接して配置された第1の有孔保持ディスクを備え、
前記第2の端壁の各々が、それぞれの前記有孔の円筒形の筒の前記第2の端部に取り付けられ、前記生成ガスの流れをガス発生器から排出するために通過させることができるように穴を有している第2の有孔保持ディスクを備えている前記ガス発生器アセンブリであって、
前記第1のチャンバと前記第1および前記第2のガス発生剤容器の前記第1の端壁との間に配置された筒第1端保持板と、
前記第1および前記第2のガス発生剤容器の前記第2の端壁に隣接して、前記複数のガス発生材料ウエハとは反対側に配置された筒第2端保持板と、をさらに備えるガス発生器アセンブリ。 - 前記筒第1端保持板および前記筒第2端保持板の各々が、前記第1および前記第2のガス発生剤容器の両端にそれぞれ配置される第1および第2の有孔カップを備えている請求項13に記載のガス発生器アセンブリ。
- 消火の用途に合わせたサイズとされ、点火材料およびガス発生材料を1%以下の比(%)にて含んでいる請求項13に記載のガス発生器アセンブリ。
