Description
Claims (14)
- シミュレートした車体開口へのモジュール式窓アセンブリの嵌め付けを評価する装置であって、
支持ベース部材と、
該ベース部材に取り付けた車体開口/金属板シミュレータと、
該車体開口/金属板シミュレータに近接して位置決めした車両窓を照明するよう該シミュレータに配置した1つ又は複数の光源と、
前記車両窓を前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータに固定する1つ又は複数の手段と
を備える装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータは金属材料を含む装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置において、前記1つ又は複数の光源は1つ又は複数のLED光を含む装置。
- 請求項3に記載の装置において、前記1つ又は複数の光源は、1つの該光源につき少なくとも20ルーメンを放出可能である装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータは、
車体開口の周囲の正確な形状を有する凹状空洞と、
該空洞に形成した少なくとも1つの透光用開口と、
該少なくとも1つの透光用開口を通して光を提供するよう配置され、電源に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの光源と
を備える装置。 - 請求項5に記載の方法において、前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータの前記凹状空洞の寸法は、シミュレート中の実際の車体開口の寸法の±0.2mm以内である方法。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記車両窓を前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータに固定する前記1つ又は複数の手段は、前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータに取り付けた少なくとも1つの車両窓締め付け機構を含む装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータは、前記車両窓の目的装着角度をシミュレートするよう前記ベース部材に取り付けられる装置。
- シミュレート車両窓車体開口へのモジュール式窓アセンブリの嵌め付けを評価する方法であって、
車体開口/金属板シミュレータを設けるステップと、
車両窓を前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータに固定するステップと、
前記車両窓を背面照明するステップと、
前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータに対する前記車両窓の嵌め付けを評価するステップと
を含む方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法において、ベース部材に取り付けた前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータは、
車体開口の周囲の正確な形状を有する凹状空洞と、
該凹状空洞に形成した少なくとも1つの透光用開口と、
前記少なくとも1つの透光用開口を通して光を提供するよう配置され、電源に接続された少なくとも1つの光源と
を備える方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法において、
前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータの前記凹状空洞に面した第1主面と該凹状空洞に面しない第2主面とを有する前記車両窓アセンブリを、前記凹状空洞に位置決めするステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの透光用開口を通して前記少なくとも1つの光源から投光させ、前記凹状空洞及び前記位置決めした車両窓アセンブリの前記第1主面を照明させることで、前記凹状空洞の周囲と前記車両窓アセンブリの周囲との間の隙間を露光させるステップと、
前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータの前記凹状空洞の周囲に対する前記車両窓アセンブリの嵌め付けを、前記凹状空洞及び前記位置決めした車両窓アセンブリの前記第1主面の照明により露光された前記隙間の目視観察により評価するステップと
を含む方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法において、撮像デバイスが、前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータの前記凹状空洞の周囲に対する前記車両窓アセンブリの嵌め付けの電子画像を記録する方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記記録した電子画像を該電子画像の定量解析のためにコンピュータに伝送するステップをさらに含む方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、少なくとも1つの車両窓締め付け機構を操作して、前記車両窓アセンブリを前記車体開口/金属板シミュレータに確実に拘束するステップを含む方法。
