Claims (24)
- 流体分配アッセンブリであって、
流体容器の底部でバルブに結合された流体容器に流体を分配するためのバルブを備え、
バルブは、
流体容器の底部に配置された磁気材料に基づいて流体容器の適当な配置を検知する第1センサーと、
プランジャーに結合されたプランジャーシャフトを有するプランジャーであって、流体容器と流体連通するようにバルブを選択的に配置するプランジャーと、
プランジャーシャフトに結合されたソレノイドであって、開位置と閉位置との間でプランジャーを移動するためにプランジャーシャフトを移動するソレノイドと、
少なくとも流体容器の大きさ及び分配モードの選択を可能にする、バルブに結合されたユーザーインターフェースと、を有する、流体分配アッセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載の流体分配アッセンブリにおいて、
バルブは、タービンのフィンに配置された磁気材料に基づいたバルブのタービンの回転を検知するための第2センサーを更に備え、
時間内のタービンの回転数は、流体容器に分配される流体量を決定するために使用される、流体分配アッセンブリ。 - 請求項2記載の流体分配アッセンブリにおいて、
タービンの回転は、バルブを通じた流体源からの流体の流れによって生じる、流体分配アッセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載の流体分配アッセンブリにおいて、
バルブは、流体容器が適当に配置されたときに流体容器の底部に配置された、磁気材料を含む第2接合プレートと接合する第1接合プレートを含むノズルを更に備える、流体分配アッセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載の流体分配アッセンブリにおいて、
バルブは、バルブを通じて流体容器に分配される流体を含む流体源に結合された継手を更に備える、流体分配アッセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載の流体分配アッセンブリにおいて、
分配モードは、手動分配モード及び自動分配モードを含む、流体分配アッセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載の流体分配アッセンブリにおいて、
ユーザーインターフェースは、充填量を調整するオプションと、電源をオンまたはオフにするオプションと、洗浄及び装填のためのオプションとを含む、流体分配アッセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載の流体分配アッセンブリにおいて、
バルブ及びユーザーインターフェースに結合されたハウジングを更に備え、
ハウジングは、充填領域と、排出開口と、少なくとも一つのバルブ開口と、ユーザーインターフェースに対応するためのユーザーインターフェース領域とを含む、流体分配アッセンブリ。 - 請求項8記載の流体分配アッセンブリにおいて、
ハウジングは、ユーザーインターフェース及びバルブと関連した電気構成要素に対応するための構成要素を含む、流体分配アッセンブリ。 - 請求項8記載の流体分配アッセンブリにおいて、
ハウジングは、充填領域上に上げられた分配プラットフォームに結合され、流体のこぼれが分配プラットフォームから充填領域に移送するのを許容する開口を含む、流体分配アッセンブリ。 - 請求項10記載の流体分配アッセンブリにおいて、
ハウジングは、販売促進情報を表示する表示領域を含む、流体分配アッセンブリ。 - 流体を分配するバルブであって、
第1磁気接合プレート及び一つ以上の開口を含み、第1シールを介してバルブケースに密閉されたノズルと、
バルブケースに結合されたハウジング本体であって、ノズル上の流体容器の適当な配置を検知する第1センサーと、タービンの回転を検知する第2センサーとを含み、バルブケースが第2シールを介してハウジング本体に密閉された、ハウジング本体と、
ハウジング本体に結合されたアクチュエーターアッセンブリであって、ソレノイドと、ソレノイドスプリングと、ソレノイドプランジャーとを含むアクチュエーターアッセンブリと、
ハウジング本体に結合されたバルブブロックであって、流体源からの流体を受け入れるための継手に対応する開口を含み、バルブブロックは第3シールを介してハウジング本体に密閉された、バルブブロックと、
プランジャーシャフトに結合されたプランジャーと、を備え、
プランジャーシャフトの動きは、開位置と閉位置との間でバルブを移動させ、プランジャーシャフトの動きは、ソレノイドプランジャーの動きに間接的に関連される、バルブ。 - 請求項12記載のバルブにおいて、
プランジャーシャフトに結合されたタービンを更に備え、タービンは、タービンのフィンに取り付けられた磁気材料を有し、タービンの回転は、バルブを流れる流体によって生じる、バルブ。 - 請求項13記載のバルブにおいて、
タービンのフィンに取り付けられた磁気材料は、タービンの回転を決定するための第2センサーに使用される、バルブ。 - 請求項14記載のバルブにおいて、
プランジャーシャフトは、長手軸線に沿ってタービンの下に配置されたダイヤフラムに結合される、バルブ。 - 請求項15記載のバルブにおいて、
プランジャーシャフトは、スロープ及び長手軸線に沿ってダイヤフラムの下に配置されたスライドロッドに結合され、スロープはソレノイドプランジャーに結合され、
バルブの長手方向軸線に垂直な方向へのソレノイドプランジャーの動きは、スロープの動きに変えられ、それによって、バルブの長手軸線に沿ったプランジャーシャフトの動きを生じる、バルブ。 - 請求項16記載のバルブにおいて、

容器の大きさの情報を受信することと、
流体容器の適当な配置が検知されたことの表示を受信することであって、その適当な配置は、バルブのノズルの接合プレート及び流体容器の底部に配置された接合プレートを結合することを含む、流体容器の適当な配置が検知されたことの表示を受信することと、
バルブと流体容器との間の流体の流路を開くことであって、流体は、流体容器の底部にある開口を通じてノズルから流体容器に流れる、バルブと流体容器との間の流体の流路を開くことと、
バルブのタービンの回転数の表示及び時間に基づいて流体容器に分配される流体の量を決定することと、
容器の大きさの情報の予め決められた閾値内にある分配される流体量に基づいて、流体が流体容器の中に流れるのを停止するために流体流路を閉じることと、を備える、方法。 - 請求項20記載の方法において、
流体容器の適当な配置が検知されたときに流体が自動的に分配されることを示す受信情報を更に備える、方法。 - 請求項20記載の方法において、
容器の大きさの情報の予め決められた閾値内で流体が分配される前に、流体が流体容器に流れるのを停止するための受信情報に基づいて流体流路を閉じることを更に備える、方法。 - 請求項20記載の方法において、
バルブから流体容器に流体が流れるのを許容するために流体流路を閉じることは、バルブ内のソレノイドを作動させることを備える、方法。 - 請求項20記載の方法において、
バルブ内のタービンの回転数は、ホール効果センサー及びタービンのフィン上に配置された磁気材料を使用することによって検知される、方法。
