Abstract
Description
・5個の試験片のいずれも、バーナ火炎を取り除いた時にいつでも10秒以上燃焼しない。
・10回の点火試験の合計燃焼時間が、50秒を超えない。
・試験片は、クランプまで火炎または残燼のいずれかを伴って燃焼しない。
・いずれの試験片からも真下の脱脂綿を発火させる燃焼滴下物が落下しない。
・試験片の残燼燃焼が、30秒を超えない。
試験する材料は、以下の場合にはUL94 V−1と分類される:
・5個の試験片のいずれも、バーナ火炎を取り除いた時にいつでも30秒以上燃焼しない。
・10回の点火試験の合計燃焼時間が、250秒を超えない。
・試験片は、クランプまで火炎または残燼のいずれかを伴って燃焼しない。
・いずれの試験片からも真下の脱脂綿を発火させる燃焼滴下物が落下しない。
・試験片の残燼燃焼が、60秒を超えない。
試験する材料は、以下の場合にはUL94 V−2と分類される:

Claims (11)
- エポキシ樹脂組成物であって、
(a)少なくとも1つのエポキシ樹脂を含むエポキシ樹脂成分、および
(b)溶媒ブレンドの全重量に基づいて、30重量%以下の量のメチルエチルケトンと少なくとも70重量%の量のプロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセテートを含む溶媒ブレンド、
を含み、前記組成物の固形分含有量に基づいて少なくとも70重量%のエポキシ樹脂含有量と21℃で少なくとも130日の貯蔵安定性を有するエポキシ樹脂組成物。 - 前記エポキシ樹脂成分が、臭素化エポキシ樹脂と官能性エポキシ樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記溶媒ブレンドが、75〜85重量%のプロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセテートと15〜25重量%のメチルエチルケトンを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも80重量%のエポキシ樹脂含有量を有する、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の前記固形分含有量に基づいて少なくとも75重量%のエポキシ樹脂含有量と、21℃で少なくとも150日の貯蔵安定性を有し、前記溶媒ブレンドが、約25重量%以下のメチルエーテルケトンと少なくとも75重量%のプロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセテートを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の前記固形分含有量に基づいて少なくとも85重量%のエポキシ樹脂含有量と、21℃で少なくとも200日の貯蔵安定性を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の前記固形分含有量に基づいて少なくとも85重量%のエポキシ含有量と、21℃で少なくとも200日の貯蔵安定性を有し、前記溶媒ブレンドが、少なくとも60重量%のプロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセテートと40重量%以下のメチルエチルケトンを含む、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 75〜85重量%のプロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセテートと15〜25重量%のメチルエチルケトンを含む、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- ワニスであって、
(a)硬化剤、
(b)硬化触媒、および
(c)請求項1に記載のエポキシ樹脂組成物
を含むワニス。 - 25℃で4000cPs以下の粘度を有する、請求項9に記載のワニス。
- 複合材料の形成方法であって、多孔質強化材料に請求項9に記載のワニスを含浸させ、前記含浸多孔質強化材料を少なくとも部分的に硬化させることからなる複合材料の形成方法。
