Claims (11)
- 電流レール(22)とトーションスプリング(42)とを有する、電気導体路(12)の剥離された導体路端部材(16)を接続するためのバネ力接続クランプ(10)であって、
前記電流レール(22)は、平坦な金属薄板から作製されており、少なくとも1つの材料通過部(24)を有し、該材料通過部(24)は剥離された導体路端部材(16)のための差込み開口部を形成し、
前記材料通過部(24)は、差込み方向に伸長したリング形の金属カラー(26)を有し、該金属カラー(26)は前記差込み開口部に向いた内側に金属カラー内壁面(30a〜30d)を有し、
前記トーションスプリング(42)は、締付け箇所(46)を備えるクランプ脚部(44)を有し、該締付け箇所は前記材料通過部(24)に潜り込んでおり、
前記電流レール(22)に対して横方向に前記材料通過部(24)に差し込まれた前記導体路端部材(16)が、前記クランプ脚部(44)の締付け箇所(46)と対向する金属カラー内壁面(30a)との間でトーションスプリング(42)のバネ力によって締め付けられているバネ力接続クランプにおいて、
前記クランプ脚部(44)の締付け箇所(46)に対向する前記金属カラー内壁面(30a)は、締め付けられた導体路端部材(16)の長手軸(A)に沿って伸長する接点面(52)を前記導体路端部材(16)のために形成し、
前記接点面(52)は、前記クランプ脚部(44)の方向に突き出ており、締め付けられた前記導体路端部材(16)の長手軸(A)に沿って伸長する接点リブ(62)を有し、前記剥離された導体路端部材(16)は前記締付け位置内で拡張された長さにわたりその長手軸(A)に沿って接点リブ(62)に当接し、該接点リブ(62)と電気接触していることを特徴とするバネ力接続クランプ(10)。 - 前記導体路端部材(16)が前記締付け位置で締め付けられるとき、前記クランプ脚部(44)の締付け箇所(46)は、前記導体路端部材(16)の長手軸(A)の方向で、前記接点面(52)の中央または中央近傍に位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバネ力接続クランプ(10)。
- 前記接点リブ(62)は、三角形、台形、長方形または波状の横断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバネ力接続クランプ(10)。
- 前記2つの接点リブ(62)の間にはそれぞれ1つの溝(66)が設けられており、したがって前記接点面は、前記締め付けられた導体路端部材(16)の長手軸(A)に対して横方向にジグザグ形の表面(64)を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバネ力接続クランプ(10)。
- 前記接点リブ(62)は、前記締め付けられた導体路端部材(16)の長手軸(A)に沿って直線状に延在していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のバネ力接続クランプ(10)。
- 前記接点面(52)は、前記締め付けられた導体路端部材(16)の長手軸(A)に沿って前記クランプ脚部(44)の方向に凸形に湾曲されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のバネ力接続クランプ(10)。
- 湾曲半径は、前記接点リブ(62)が前記締め付けられた導体路端部材の長手軸に沿って、その長手軸(A)に沿って拡張された長さにわたって当該導体路端部材(16)に突入することができるような大きさであり、前記接点リブ(62)のエッジはそのように鋭角に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバネ力接続クランプ(10)。
- 前記接点リブ(62)間のパターン間隔(R)は、当該バネ力接続クランプ(10)が寸法設定される前記電気導体の最大直径の約三分の一から二十分の一の間であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のバネ力接続クランプ(10)。
- 前記バネ力接続クランプ(10)は誘電性の端子ハウジング(5)を含み、該端子ハウジング内には前記電流レール(22)と前記トーションスプリング(42)が固定されており、前記誘電性の端子ハウジング(5)は導体路導入ガイド(57)を有し、該導体路導入ガイド(57)は前記導体路(12)の導入方向(E)を前もって設定し、前記締付け位置で前記導体路(12)を酷い傾斜に対して支持することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のバネ力接続クランプ(10)。
- 前記誘電性の端子ハウジング(5)は、前記材料通過部(24)の導入側とは反対の側に閉じたポケット(58)を形成し、該ポケット(58)には前記導体路端部材(16)の端面側の端部(16a)が前記締付け位置に潜り込むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバネ力接続クランプ(10)。
- 前記クランプ脚部(44)に対向する前記金属カラー内壁面(30a)は、伸長方向(E)で前記金属カラー(26)を超えて突き出ていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のバネ力接続クランプ(10)。
