Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、経済性及び新環境性等の面において優れており、インクジェット工程に用いることができ、透過性、耐化学性、耐熱性、付着性、ジェッティング安定性及び保存安定性等の物質特性に優れた透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物に関する。

Claims (17)
- (a)エポキシ基を含有するバインダーポリマーと、(b)下記化学式1のメラミン化合物と、(c)溶媒と、を含む透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物。
前記アミン基は、それぞれ独立的に炭素数1から30の線型または分枝型アルキルと、炭素数1から30の線型または分枝型アルコキシと、炭素数3から30の線型または分枝型アリルと、炭素数2から30の線型または分枝型アルケニルと、炭素数2から30の線型または分枝型ビニルと、カルボキシル基(COO−)と、エーテル基(−CH2OR)、アルコール基(−CH2OH)、置換または非置換された炭素数3から20のシクロアルキルと、置換または非置換された炭素数6から40のアリールと、置換または非置換された炭素数7から15のアラルキル(aralkyl)と、炭化水素に置換または非置換された炭素数7から15のアルキルアリール(alkylaryl)からなる群より選択された置換基に置換されることができ、
前記アミン基に置換された置換基が他の置換基によって置換される場合、これら置換基は、炭素数1から30のアルキル基と、炭素数6から40のアリール基と、炭素数3から40のヘテロ鎖基と、ハロゲン基からなる群より選択される。 - 前記化学式1の化合物は、下記化学式2の化合物である、請求項1に記載の透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物。
前記R4からR9が他の置換基によって置換される場合、これら置換基は、炭素数1から30のアルキル基と、炭素数6から40のアリール基と、炭素数3から40のヘテロ鎖基と、ハロゲン基からなる群より選択される。 - 前記透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物の総重量に対して(a)エポキシ基を含有するバインダーポリマー1から40重量%と、(b)化学式1のメラミン化合物1から40重量%と、(c)溶媒40から90重量%と、を含む、請求項1に記載の透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物。
- 前記インクジェット組成物は、3次元網構造を有する、請求項1に記載の透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物。
- 前記透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物は、インクジェット工程用に用いられる、請求項1に記載の透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物。
- 前記(a)エポキシ基を含有するバインダーポリマーは、エポキシ基を有するモノマー及びエポキシ基を有するアクリル系モノマー、側鎖にエチレン性二重結合を有するアクリル系モノマー、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルモノマー、スチレンモノマー及びエチレン性不飽和結合を含むシラン単量体からなる群より選択された1種以上の物質の共重合体である、請求項1に記載の透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物。
- 前記共重合体は、前記エポキシ基を有するモノマーの含量が全体の共重合体を基準に5から50重量%である、請求項6に記載の透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物。
- 前記(a)エポキシ基を含有するバインダーポリマーの重量平均分子量は、1、000から100、000である、請求項1に記載の透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物。
- 前記(c)溶媒は、沸点が150から250℃である、請求項1に記載の透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物。
- 前記透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物の粘度は、8から16cPである、請求項1に記載の透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物。
- 前記(a)エポキシ基を含有するバインダーポリマーと(b)化学式1のメラミン化合物との重量比は1:0.5から1:2である、請求項1に記載の透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物。
- 請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物を用いて形成される、透明膜。
- 前記透明膜は、380から780nmにおける光透過度が硬化後に98%である、請求項13に記載の透明膜。
- 請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の透明膜形成用インクジェット組成物でインクジェット法を用いて透明膜を形成する段階を含む、透明膜の製造方法。
- 請求項13に記載の透明膜をオーバーコートとして含む、電子素子。
- 請求項13に記載の透明膜をホワイトパターンとして含む、カラーフィルター。
